Yeh Hai Chahatein 18th June 2022 Written Update Ruhi enters Rudra’s room. “Laadki” plays in the background. She keeps Rudra’s alcohol bottle aside and takes off his shoes. Little Ruhi puts Rudra’s feet up on the bed as they were hanging down. She also covers her father with a blanket and puts pillows under his head. After all this, Ruhi lies on Rudra’s chest. She asks Prisha’s photograph to return as soon as possible as she, being a little kid, is handling most of her responsibilities and husband. Ruhi tells Prisha’s photograph that she and Rudra misses her a lot.
She requests Prisha to return. On the other hand, Digvijay asks Armaan if he didn’t already know that Prisha will suffer rage attacks due to the powder he mixes in her water, food and other consumable items. Armaan tells Digvijay that he knew about it but thought that Prisha will get normal with time. Digivijay reminds Armaan what the doctor told them about Prisha. Flashback starts, a doctor asks Armaan why he is asking him to give such an injection to Prisha. While applying Armaan’s given injection to Prisha, the doctor tells Armaan that this injection has many side effects.
This shocks Armaan and he asks what type of side effects. Doctor tells Armaan that because of this injection Prisha can suffer fits, mental attacks and rage attacks. He warns Armaan that Prisha can even get violent with anyone. Armaan asks the doctor to let anything happen but Prisha shouldn’t be able to recall even a single moment of her past. Doctor tells Armaan that Prisha will for sure remember some important person/people of her life like her love. Armaan tells the doctor to do anything but Prisha shouldn’t ever remember the person, whom she loved.
Doctor suggests Armaan to make Rudra’s image bad in Prisha’s thinking, so that even if she would remember him, he (Rudra) will seem only bad to Prisha. Armaan gets happy with this plan. Later, with his doctor’s help, Armaan gets Prisha hypnotized. Together Armaan and his doctor show hypnotized/in trance Prisha, some fake and edited videos to ruin Rudra’s image in Prisha’s brain. They plant a fake story in Prisha’s brain to make her mentally hate Rudra. Armaan and his doctor fit their fake story in Prisha’s mind that she loved Armaan and was about to marry her but Rudra took Armaan’s place and married her.
They also instigate Prisha by telling her that Rudra used to mentally, emotionally and physically torture her and even tried to force himself on her. All of this fake story can be seen as real in fake and edited videos. Fake and edited videos show Armaan trying to escape Prisha from Rudra, but Rudra throws Prisha from a height. Doctor plants in Prisha’s mind that now she hates Rudra a lot and never wants to return to him. He tells Prisha that Rudra is a devil and she doesn’t want to even remember Rudra’s name. Doctor and Armaan leave the cabin, making an instigated Prisha fall asleep. Outside the cabin, the doctor praises Armaan for fooling Prisha’s brain and memories using fake/morphed videos he made using two random people’s help.
Doctor assures Armaan that Prisha will hate Rudra but will have side effects as told him earlier. Armaan tells the doctor that he will handle the side effects that Prisha will suffer as it’s more important for him to make Prisha forget or hate Rudra. Later, Armaan hugs Prisha from back and addresses her as wifey as Rudra used to. This wifey word makes Prisha very angry and she slaps Armaan very hard. Prisha even breaks an alcohol bottle on Armaan’s head, making him bleed. This shocks Armaan. Suddenly, Prisha realizes that she beat Armaan and apologizes to him. Armaan forgives Prisha. Armaan meets his doctor and understands that he used the wrong word “wifey”, which made Prisha violent.

Doctor asks Armaan to make sure that Prisha takes his prescribed medicines as otherwise she may regain her memory. Flashback ends. Digvijay tells Armaan that he achieved nothing by erasing Prisha’s memories as Prisha has never given him love or a husband’s rights. He says even today Prisha is connected to Rudra and reacts on hearing his name. Digvijay also tells Armaan that Rudra’s memories will never get erased from Prisha’s brain. Armaan says he doesn’t care about anything else as today Prisha belongs to him and is with him. He tells Digvijay that his biggest happiness is that today Prisha hates Rudra, whom she used to love unconditionally.
On the other hand, Saaransh is seen playing video games. She informs him that Rudra has returned home. Saaransh tells Ruhi that Rudra doesn’t matter to him now. Ruhi lies on her bed. Ruhi in her thoughts says that she understands that Saraansh still cares for Rudra but doesn’t express it. She says that she knows that Saaransh doesn’t sleep till Rudra returns. Ruhi thinks that she informed Saaransh about Rudra’s return, so that her brother could sleep peacefully, without being tensed for Rudra’s return. Both Ruhi and Saaransh say good night to each other by lying on their beds. They see Prisha’s photograph and miss her badly.
Ruhi and Saaransh in their respective thoughts request Prisha to return as soon as possible as everything has changed in their lives and they need her. Both fall asleep hugging Prisha’s photograph. On the other hand, Armaan tells Digvijay that he won’t ever let Prisha return to her old life. Next morning, Pihu informs everyone that she got admission in the Mass Media course in Delhi’s best institute/college. Digvijay asks Pihu why she didn’t apply to Mumbai colleges. Pihu says she applied in the best college of mass media, which is only in Delhi. Digvijay forbids Pihu from going to Delhi college. Prisha angrily asks why Pihu won’t go to Delhi.
She says it is very difficult to get admission in Delhi college but still Pihu got it by her efforts. Prisha asks Digivijay why he is restricting Pihu from going to Delhi. Armaan says it’s good that Pihu got admission in Delhi’s best college but she won’t study there. Prisha and Prisha object to Armaan’s decision. Armaan says he is restricting Pihu because Delhi isn’t safe for her as she will be alone. Prisha says she will go to Delhi with Pihu and keep her safe. Armaan tells Prisha that she won’t go to Delhi. He reminds Prisha that she has an international delegation to handle. Prisha says she forgot and apologizes to Pihu.
Digvijay allows Pihu to study in Delhi on the condition that she will stay with her mother, Kanchan in Delhi. Armaan questions Digvijay’s decision. Digvijay tells Armaan that nothing wrong will happen and moreover Kanchan will return after settling Pihu in a house in Delhi. Armaan tells Digvijay that he will be responsible if something wrong happens. Digivijay says that nothing wrong will happen. Pihu teases Armaan by making faces. Digivijay takes Armaan with him to office. Pihu starts mimicking Digvijay. This makes Prisha and Kanchan smile. Prisha makes Pihu smile by telling her that she will soon come to meet her in Delhi.
Prisha notices the maid shivering, whom she slapped yesterday at the party. She apologizes to the maid. Prisha gives the maid some money for her daughter’s school fees. On questioning the maid, Prisha gets to know that the maid’s daughter’s name is Ruhi. Prisha feels something relatable hearing the name “Ruhi”. Pihu asks Prisha to not be sad as she didn’t do anything intentionally and even apologized for her mistake and helped the victim in a good way. Prisha and Pihu promise to each other that they will stay in touch with each other.
In the next episode, Kanchan will reveal to Prisha that she is getting nervous thinking how she will get Pihu settled in Delhi and new college. Pihu will tell Prisha that she wished to take her to Delhi with her. On the other hand, Sharda will remind Rudra that he has to attend Raj’s college’s orientation early tomorrow morning. Rudra will sign in, yes. Armaan will tell Digvijay that Prisha and Pihu are in the same college where Rudra is. He will determine that he won’t let Rudra and Prisha meet each other and get reunited again as he did a lot of hard work in separating Rudra and Prisha and making Prisha his.
