Yeh Rishta 25th June 2022 Written Update Abhi caught up Abhimanyu comes to the canteen and tells Akshara that she can drink coffee at the canteen only, as he has left a nurse to take care of asleep Suhasini. He exchanges Akshara’s coffee with his. Seeing this Akshara tells Abhimanyu that she hasn’t got salt mixed in his coffee. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that he exchanged their mugs because she won’t get proper sleep, after drinking a large amount of coffee at night. Akshara exchanges the mugs again and tells Abhimanyu that she got a coffee made for him, consisting less coffee and more milk. She also tells Abhimanyu that she did this so that he doesn’t face acidity.

Abhimanyu and Akshara keep exchanging their mugs and arguing. Love and care for each other can be seen even in Abhira’s argument. Dr. Rohan comes and gives two more mugs of coffee to Abhira. He tells Abhira that he saw them arguing cutely and thus brought hot mugs of coffee as their previous coffee would surely have gotten cold. Abhimanyu scares Dr Rohan and the latter runs away. Both Abhimanyu and Akshara show attitude to each other and start drinking their coffee. Suddenly, a child’s painful cry can be heard. Akshara and Abhimanyu recognized the child as their hospital’s old patient. They run to look at the child’s condition.

On the other hand, Mahima is seen attending to the crying child. She requests the child to let her examine him, but the child keeps on crying. Akshara, Abhimanyu and Anand reach inside the crying kid’s ward. Crying kid sees Akshara and requests her to calm her child with her song/singing like earlier. Mahima feels shocked and angry. Akshara feels stuck and tells the crying kid’s mother that her child will get alright by Dr. Mahima’s medications. Crying kids mother tells Akshara that medicines take time to show their effect but her song starts showing its effect early. She tells Akshara that they have seen this earlier too.

Mahima asks the crying patient’s mother if she brought her child to the hospital for treatment or for making him hear songs. She tells the crying patient’s mother that her child needs medications, not hearing songs. Akshara tells Mahima that the crying patient’s body needs her medications but his mind needs therapy. Mahima gets angry when Akshara tells her that she has seen music therapy working faster on the crying patient. She tries applying the injection to the crying patient but he keeps moving and crying. Akshara and Abhimanyu hold each other’s hands tightly. Akshara starts singing, “Ek Pyaar Ka Nagma Hai”.

Aarohi witnesses everything from outside the ward. Flashback of Akshara singing the same song earlier for her Birla hospital patients is shown. The crying child can also be seen enjoying Akshara’s music therapy in this flashback. Flashback ends. While singing, Akshara signs the crying child patient to calm down and relax. Mahima for a few seconds gets stunned seeing the crying child patient calming down and cooperating. A person from outside the ward can be seen hearing out and witnessing Akshara treating the child patient using music therapy.

Akshara caresses the child patient’s face. Mahima and Anand leave the ward angrily and disappointed. Hearing Akshara’s soulful song/singing, the child patient falls asleep. Akshara wipes the child patient’s tears with her hands. Aarohi also leaves irritated. The child patient’s mother folds her hands and thanks Akshara. Akshara asks the child patient’s mother to not do this. At Birla house, Harsh wakes up and asks for water, calling Manjiri. He wipes the sweat on his forehead. Harsh recalls instructing various things to Birla hospital’s doctors. He also recalls Anand telling him that he is no longer Birla hospital’s CEO.

At Birla hospital, Abhimanyu gives water to Akshara and tells her that she did a great job. A person comes and says that he agrees with Abhimanyu. He tells Akshara that she did a very good job with her music therapy treatment. Abhimanyu introduces this person to Akshara as Mr. Bijolia, one of the board of directors of Birla hospital. He also introduces Akshara as his wife Akshara Birla to Mr. Bijolia. Akshara and Mr. Bijolia greet each other. Mr. Bijolia tells Akshara that she is very talented. He says Akshara said it right that the body needs treatment and the mind needs therapy. Mr. Bijolia says there is a difference between body pain and mind troubles.

He says he is very impressed by Akshara and her music therapy treatment. Mr. Bijolia says that he doesn’t agree with those who say that today’s generation doesn’t care about work. He also says that he has two great examples standing in front of him, Dr. Abhimanyu star of Birla hospital and his wife Akshara Birla. Mr. Bijolia says that even for their management committee, they need people who can think out of the box. He says experience matters but a person’s vision is more important. Mr. Bijolia also says that they need to fill Dr. Harshvardhan’s position as soon as possible.

He tells Abhimanyu that according to him, he should think about taking up Harsh’s CEO position in Birla hospital. Mahima and Anand overhears Mr. Bijolia, Abhimanyu and Akshara’s conversation. Mahima tells Anand that they need to do something quickly as otherwise they won’t have any place left for them in Birla hospital. Harsh goes to Manjiri’s room and wakes her up in the middle of the night. He asks Manjiri where his Migraine medicines are. Harsh asks Manjiri to get up and give him both medicine and water.

Manjiri tells Harsh that his migraine medicine is kept in his bedside drawer on the left. She also tells Harsh that she will ask the staff to give him water. Using the intercom kept nearby, Manjiri asks the staff to send water for Harsh in his room. Manjiri switches off the light and sleeps asking Harsh to sleep after having medicine. Shocked and angry, Harsh leaves Manjiri’s room. At Birla hospital, Suhasini’s BP shoots up. Worried Abhimanyu and Akshara run to Suhasini and the former treats her. Abhimanyu calms a worried and crying Akshara. Tense, Akshara hugs Abhimanyu tightly like a scared child.

Abhimanyu caresses Akshara and makes her fall asleep. Later, both Abhimanyu and Akshara are seen sleeping together on each other’s shoulders on the couch in Suhasini’s ward. Next morning, Suhasini wakes up and smiles seeing Akshara and Abhimanyu sleeping peacefully with each other. Manish, Akhilesh and Kairav are also seen standing in Suhasini’s ward. They also smile seeing Akshara and Abhimanyu sleeping peacefully on each other’s shoulders. Aarohi feels irritated, when Akhilesh and Manish say that Akshara and Abhimanyu are looking cute and tired. Akhilesh takes a photograph of Abhira sleeping together cutely.

Hearing Akhilesh’s phone’s ring, Abhira wakes up. They stand seeing Gonekas nearby. Akshara asks Suhasini how she is feeling now. Suhasini tells Akshara that she is feeling better now. Abhimanyu asks Suhasini why she didn’t wake him and Akshara up, after waking up herself. Suhasini tells Abhira that she didn’t feel like waking them up as they were sleeping like small kids, without worrying about the world and its issues. She also tells Abhira that she was just looking at them. Suhasini asks Abhimanyu to drop her to her home now. Abhimanyu tells Suhasini that just one more test of her is needed to be done before her discharge.

He asks Suhasini to promise him that she will take care of her properly. Manish tells Suhasini that she needs to have medicines as Abhimanyu prescribed and instructed. Kairav tells Suhasini that she needs to have food as told by the doctor. Akhilesh tells Suhasini that she needs to go for a daily walk too and do Pranayama. Irritated Suhasini says she will do everything but just wants to go home soon. Aarohi asks where she will go, Goenka or Birla house. She tells Akshara that she doesn’t need to worry about Suhasini as they will take care of her. Awkward Abhimanyu leaves making an excuse. Akshara leaves with the washroom excuse.

Akhilesh leaves to get breakfast ready for Suhasini by hospital staff. Aarohi decides to manipulate Kairav against Abhimanyu and Akshara. She thinks this way Kairav will himself interrogate Abhira. Abhimanyu and Alshara recall last night’s events and feel tense. Abhira wonders if they should talk and decide where Akshara should stay now. They wonder who should take the first step. Evil Aarohi makes Kairav see Akshara’s tense expressions. She tells Kairav that something is off between Abhira. Aarohi also tells Kairav that she also noticed that Akshara and Abhimanyu were pretending to be happy at Sawan Milni celebrations too.

She further tells Kairav that she is just concerned about her sister as they know that Akshara will never express or reveal her worries and tensions to anyone. Aarohi asks Kairav to think why Akshara will think so much for giving coffee to Abhimanyu, if everything is alright between them. She asks Kairav to ask anyone how Abhimanyu is getting irritated and screaming at everyone at the hospital for the last 2 days. Aarohi says there must be a reason that Abhimanyu’s mood is off these days. Akshara asks the nurse to give coffee to Abhimanyu as she has some other work to handle. This scenario and Aarohi’s manipulation increases Kairav’s tension for Akshara.

Akshara visits the hospital temple. She meets Kairav and asks him why he is standing in between people’s way. Kairav asks Akshara why she looks so lost. Akshara tells Kairav that she is just worried about Suhasini’s condition. Kairav reminds Akshara that Abhimanyu said that Suhasini is better. He asks Akshara to tell him why she looks so tense. Kairav asks Akshara to tell him the truth that she is hiding from everyone. Akshara tries to ignore the situation. Kairav stops Akshara and asks her what happened between her and Abhimanyu.

Akshara gets worried thinking about what to say to doubtful Kairav. On the other hand, Abhimanyu wishes that Akshara returns to Birla house. Kairav tells Akshara that he has been noticing her and Abhimanyu since many days. He asks Akshara to tell her brother what has happened between her and Abhimanyu. Akshara suddenly starts crying. This increases Kairav’s tension. Kairav requests Akshara to tell him if Abhimanyu scolded her or blamed her for something. Akshara lies to Kairav saying that everything is fine between her and Abhimanyu. Kairav asks Abhimanyu what he did to make his sister (Akshara) cry.

Shocked, Akshara gets stunned seeing Abhimanyu standing behind her. Abhimanyu looks at Akshara with confused expressions. Akshara looks at Kairav and Abhimanyu worriedly. Kairav gives an angry glare to Abhimanyu and grabs his collar. Abhimanyu sees Akshara angrily, making her more worried. In the next episode, Kairav will grab Abhimanyu’s collar. He will angrily ask Abhimanyu to answer him, why his sister, Akshara is tense and crying. Akshara will get shocked and worried seeing this. Abhimanyu will be seen angry and asking Kairav to leave his collar. Kairav will refuse to leave without an answer. Later, Kairav will try taking Akshara with him away from Abhimanyu. Akshara will ask everyone to not tell her what she should do and what she should not, as she is capable of making her own decisions. She will angrily leave alone from there. This will shock everyone.
