Yeh Rishta 5th July 2022 Written Update Akshara revives Abhi Fire brigade employees run inside the north wing and rescue many people. Harsh and Manjiri request Fire brigade employees to control fire and save their children, who are stuck inside. They keep requesting but get no response. Suddenly they see an ill Abhimanyu bringing an unconscious Akshara outside on his shoulder. As he safely makes Akshara reach family members, Abhimanyu also falls unconscious. Everyone gets worried seeing Abhimanyu and Akshara’s condition. Manjiri tries waking up Abhira, but gets no response.
Later, Mahima and Aarohi are seen treating Akshara, while Anand, Rohan and Parth treat Abhimanyu. Both Goenka and Birla families are seen tense about Abhimanyu and Akshara. Mahima and Anand say that it’s important to clear the gas that has got filled up in Abhimanyu and Akshara’s lungs. Both Abhimanyu and Akshara don’t give any response when their family tries to wake them up. Anand says it’s important for Abhimanyu to get conscious or it can turn dangerous otherwise. Mahima says even Akshara is serious. Outside Shefali explains to Kairav and others to relax instead of panicking, otherwise someone else from them can also get ill, due to tension.
Kairav hears Manjiri saying that Abhimanyu, even being badly ill, saved Akshara. Shefali says that if Abhimanyu wouldn’t have been careful, no one would have known that Akshara was stuck inside fire. Neil says Abhimanyu can’t ever leave Akshara alone in danger. Kairav feels guilty recalling how bitterly he behaved with Abhimanyu to stand up for Akshara as her brother. Kairav and Manish pray to God to save Akshara and Abhimanyu. Harsh on the other hand is seen caressing hospital’s ruined furniture. He recalls dedicatedly working in Birla hospital and giving it his whole time. Neil tries calming broken Harsh.
He asks Harsh to handle himself as they are bearing the loss of only hospital stuff, not any human life. Neil tells Harsh that all hospital stuff can be remade or reconstructed. He takes Harsh with him. Mahima sees Kairav and Swarna folding hands in front of her. Anand also sees Manjiri folding hands in front of him. Abhimanyu in his unconscious state keeps worrying about Akshara. Akshara gains consciousness and takes Abhimanyu’s name. She keeps requesting that she wants to go to Abhimanyu. While Abhimanyu falls unconscious again, Mahima gives an injection to make stressed Akshara sleep and rest.

Anand says it’s important for Abhimanyu to gain consciousness again, as his condition is very serious. Both Mahima and Anand come outside and tell the family about Abhira’s condition. Mahima says Akshara is stable but not fully fine. Anand says Abhimanyu’s breathing isn’t normal at this time. He says that they can hope for good as they have kept Abhimanyu on oxygen support. Mahima, Anand and others try to calm a worried Manjiri by telling her that everyone is praying for Abhimanyu’s well being as he has always been good with everyone. Anand gets emotional and says that he will stop his doctors practice forever, if anything happens to Abhimanyu today.
Shocked, Mahima tries handling and calming an emotional and worried Anand. Kairav expresses his guilt and apology towards Abhimanyu. Manjiri forgives Kairav, saying that misunderstandings happen sometimes. Kairav says we people can avoid misunderstandings but instead we forget important things and start arguing over silly things. Tensed Akshara comes outside ignoring her ill condition and tries to run to Abhimanyu. Manjiri and Aarohi stop Akshara. Mahima asks Aarohi how Akshara came outside. Aarohi tells everyone that Akshara didn’t listen to her and ran outside taking out the iv drip. Neil asks Akshara to relax.
Aarohi says she and the nurse didn’t know that Akshara heard their conversation about Abhimanyu’s serious condition. Akshara requests Neil and Manjiri to take her to Abhimanyu. Parth tells everyone that even Abhimanyu was asking for Akshara. He says that they should let Akshara meet Abhimanyu because sometimes care and concern work where medicines don’t work properly on a patient. Anand agrees with Parth. Kairav takes Akshara to Abhimanyu’s ward. Akshara runs to Abhimanyu. She tries various ways to wake up Abhimanyu. Akshara starts crying and keeps requesting unconscious Abhimanyu to wake up as everyone is tense and waiting for him outside.

She requests unconscious Abhimanyu to at least scold Rohan like always. Rohan gets emotional. Akshara even threatens Abhimanyu to wake up. Then she requests Abhimanyu to wake up as she is not feeling well and is also feeling tired. Akshara gets tired and cries lying on an unconscious Abhimanyu’s chest. Abhimanyu gains consciousness and everyone gets hopeful. Mahima says once Abhimanyu gains full consciousness, then he is out of danger. Everyone hopes for Abhimanyu to gain full and proper consciousness. Abhimanyu recalls saving Akshara from the hospital fire incident. He caresses Akshara’s hair.
Akshara gets happy seeing Abhimanyu woken up and caresses his face. Anand says Abhimanyu should be fine now. He also says that Abhimanyu scared everyone. Anand and Harsh hug each other happily with teary eyes. Everyone gets happy seeing both Abhimanyu and Akshara fine. Abhimanyu and Akshara care for each other. Family members run to Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu asks everyone to stop crying. Anand tells Abhimanyu and Akshara that he is proud of both of them as they together saved all patients of the hospital. Akshara thanks Abhimanyu. Manjiri tells Abhimanyu and Akshara that no trouble can reach them, when they work together.
In the next episode, Swarna will tell Manjiri that they should prepare for Abhira’s first Teej. Abhimanyu finds it difficult to sign the hospital papers with his right hand. Later, Manjiri performs Abhimanyu and Akshara’s Grih Pravesh in presence of both Goenkas and Birlas.
