He indicates a heart sign with his hand to Akshara and she also does the same to him. Dr. Kunal tells Akshara that he will perform Abhimanyu’s surgery on one condition. Akshara asks what is his demand. He says that she has to lend her voice to his sister. Akshara is puzzled. Dr. Kunal asks Akshara to dedicate her whole life to his sister. She is taken aback.

Kaju informs Bhoomi that she didn’t tell anything to Neel but her father told it. Bhoomi warns her not to involve her father in this. She says that she doesn’t want to talk to her and asks her to get out of her room. Bhoomi goes to slap Kaju but she holds her hand. She tells Bhoomi that it is okay if she doesn’t want to consider her as her sister but she has to respect her as her sister-in-law. Bhoomi is stunned.
