Kumkum Bhagya 17th October 2022 Written Update Pranbir Twist Prachi’s mehendi ceremony brings twists with Prachi and Ranbir’s romantic moment. She isn’t happy because she is just pretending normalcy to make Ranbir jealous. She wants Ranbir to speak out his real feelings for him. Sid hopes that the lovers get together. Prachi shows Ranbir that she is really okay with her marriage with Sid. This makes Ranbir grow insecure. He admits that he doesn’t want Prachi and Sid to get married. He wants to stop the marriage. He takes Aryan and Vikram’s help in stopping the chat. Vikram suggests Ranbir to convince Prachi first, and then Pallavi. Prachi and Shahana try to find the truth and will soon learn about Rhea’s fake pregnancy.
Earlier in the show, Prachi and Shahana overhear Aaliya and learn that they didn’t get the envelope till then. They also look for the envelope. Ranbir tells Vikram that he is feeling stressed, he doesn’t want Prachi’s marriage to happen with Sid. Vikram asks him is he sure.
Ranbir tells that he has thought of it well. Vikram happily hugs him. He asks him to tell his feelings to Prachi. Prachi and Rhea look for the envelope desperately. Ranbir reaches Prachi and asks her for dance. Aryan gives the good news to Shahana that Ranbir is going to tell Prachi to not marry Sid. She is glad to know this. The couples dance on a romantic song. Sid is happy to see Ranbir and Prachi dancing. Rhea makes Prachi dance with Sid. She dances with Ranbir. Sid lets Prachi go back to Ranbir. Prachi and Ranbir continue their romantic dance. Shahana finally gets the report. She rushes to some room to quickly check the report. She finds the envelope empty. She wonders where did the report go.
Kumkum Bhagya 17th October 2022 Written Update Pranbir Twist:
Soon as the dance performance ends, Prachi stumbles and falls down. Ranbir acts in time and saves Prachi from getting hurt. He worriedly hugs her. She also finds solace in his arms. Rhea and Pallavi get worried seeing their public display of affection, which is least expected when Prachi and Sid’s mehendi function is going on. Pallavi tells Ranbir that its good Prachi is okay. She thanks the guests for coming. She invites the guests in the Diwali party too. Ranbir finds Prachi really happy. Her behavior leaves her confused and surprised. He turns upset.

Ranbir walks out, while Prachi stands unmoved. Rhea wonders what is Prachi up to. Shahana loses the reports. She looks for the papers. She fails to understand how the papers disappeared. She leaves from the room. She sees Rhea at the door. Rhea questions Shahana about coming to her room. Shahana tells that she came here by mistake. Rhea calls it a lie. She asks Shahana what was she doing. She lectures Shahana. Shahana realizes that Rhea’s mood got spoilt after seeing Ranbir and Prachi close. Rhea kicks her out of the room. She hurts her foot.
Aaliya asks Rhea not to curse herself. She tells that she was busy in snatching the reports from Shahana. She explains how she hid herself and then took the reports from the envelope. Rhea tells that she can guarantee, the marriage won’t happen, Ranbir will not let Prachi and Sid’s marriage happen. Aaliya asks her to keep the reports safe. Prachi and Ranbir head to the room, and begin their argument. Ranbir asks her why was she running away from him. She tells that she doesn’t want to be with him, he doesn’t care for her, its just his drama. She tells that Sid is there to take care of her. He tells that Sid can’t take care of her, because Sid has no right. He tells that just he can take care of her. She asks him who is he to take care of her.
Ranbir shouts that he loves Prachi. Prachi is stunned. Rhea hears this and sheds tears. Aaliya reaches there and overhears Ranbir’s commitment to Prachi. Ranbir promises Prachi that he will always protect her and take care of her, until he is alive. He doesn’t want anything to happen to Prachi. Rhea goes away crying. Ranbir tells Prachi that he loves her, even if he asked her to marry Sid. He explains that he will always love her, even if they part ways and get separated forever. He doesn’t care if she feels bad of his words. Prachi happily cries like she was waiting for his love confession since ages.
Ranbir stops himself from holding her. They have an emotional moment. Prachi expresses her happiness, whereas Rhea expresses her anger and frustration in front of Aaliya. Rhea tells Aaliya that she can save the report, but not her life, when Ranbir isn’t with her. She regrets that Ranbir isn’t with her. She feels defeated and lonely. She tells that she is worthless in front of Prachi. She threatens of ending her life. Aaliya grows worried for her. Rhea tells that she knows she is beautiful, smart and perfect, she makes the best couple with Ranbir, but Prachi ruined her happiness and peace. She feels her life is in a mess.

Aaliya asks her to stop pitying herself. She tells that Rhea should take control of her life. Rhea tells that she can’t control her life. Rhea tells Aaliya that Ranbir does everything on Prachi’s saying. Aaliya asks her not to feel low. She encourages her that she is Abhi’s daughter, she is a born winner, she will get everything that she wants. Rhea just wants Ranbir. She regrets that Ranbir doesn’t even see her. Aaliya tells that they will make Prachi out of Ranbir’s sight, Prachi should leave the world, they will plot her exit on the day of Diwali. She asks Rhea to wait for her plan.
Rhea wonders what Aaliya is planning to do with Prachi. Shahana reaches Prachi and tells her how she lost the reports. Prachi asks her how can this happen. Shahana is puzzled herself. Prachi tells that maybe the paper was misplaced. Aaliya meets some tailor and gets an explosive dupatta for Prachi. She wants Prachi to die. He tells that whoever wears the dupatta will die. She tells that nobody can save Prachi now. Prachi and Shahana look for the letter. Priya helps them in the search. Rhea keeps an eye on Prachi. Pallavi is disturbed thinking of Ranbir and Prachi. Vikram tells that they are going to make a big mistake in haste. She understands what he means to say. He asks her to hear him out first.
He tells that Ranbir loves Prachi a lot, he was so scared for Prachi, he hugged her without thinking of the onlookers. She tells that Ranbir is a sensitive boy, he would care for anyone. She tells that its not a joke, Prachi is marrying Sid. He asks her not to make Ranbir’s life a joke. She tells that she has no pressure. He asks her not to put pressure on Prachi. She knows she is doing right. She doesn’t listen to him. Aaliya finds Rhea crying. She asks the reason. Rhea tells that she is tired for fighting for her Ranbir. She is sorrowful that she has lost Ranbir, she isn’t achieving her wish.
