She is shocked at the sight when she finds Virat and Sai sleeping along with their kids. She feels upset that they are living as a happy family. Virat dreams of uniting with Sai. He turns happy when he wakes up and sees Sai with him. He is happy to see a beautiful dream and a beautiful reality, which is a rare occurrence. He gets worried that Pakhi had come and seen them together. He doesn’t want the matter to get spoiled. He runs to meet Pakhi. He is scared of her mood.
Pakhi tells that she was happy seeing his efforts and expected his surprise. She adds that she has seen him sleeping in peace with his kids. He apologizes to her. She asks him if Sai wasn’t there. He admits that Sai was also there. He tells that if she had come there, then she should have awakened him. She calls it her fault. He tells that he is happy to have his children with him. He expresses his happiness. He requests her to not snatch his happiness. He wants things to stay the same. She asks if he won’t ask Sai to leave. He refuses. She complains about the other doctor Dr. Satya. Virat asks her why would Satya do her work. She tells that doctors cover the shifts. She asks him why is he getting irritated. They have a sweet talk. Virat praises him. She complains about Satya. He also criticizes Satya. She asks him to stop talking about Satya. He is jealous to hear her speak much about Satya. The car breaks down. She tells that she will go to the hospital herself. She forgets her phone in the car. Satya and his mum Amba bargain for the vegetables. Sai meets them. She introduces herself. Amba questions Sai if she didn’t get married. Satya tells that Sai is married, and has children also. Amba asks Sai to convince Satya to get married. Pakhi makes an unexpected plan against Virat and Sai.
