YRKKH Akshara blurts truth 15th April 2023 Written Update. Aarohi returns Abhir’s toy to Akshara and tells her that she doesn’t want any confusion between Abhir and Ruhi. Akshara agrees that the kids won’t have anything that doesn’t belong to them. Manish tells that everything happens as fate decides for them. Abhimanyu plays with Ruhi. He misses Abhir. Aarohi watches them and realizes that Abhimanyu is lost in Abhir’s thoughts. Abhimanyu rushes to the hospital to meet Abhir. Aarohi asks him to drop Ruhi to school, Ruhi has an exam today and it’s really important. He tells that he will ask Manjiri to drop Ruhi. She tells that Ruhi needs her dad. She tells that she will check on Abhir. She sends him to Ruhi deliberately just to keep him away from Abhir.
Aarohi meets Abhir and gives him some cookies. Abhir asks Abhinav and Akshara if he can take the cookies. Aarohi tells that it’s oats cookies. She apologizes that Abhimanyu has gone to drop Ruhi at school and he can’t come to examine Abhir. She tells that Rohan will examine Abhir. She doesn’t want to hurt Abhir. She feels Abhimanyu is going to become a part of Ruhi and her world. She protects Ruhi. She wishes that Akshara takes her son and goes away. Akshara realizes that Aarohi is hiding something. She knows Abhimanyu can’t neglect Abhir. On the other side, Surekha stops Muskaan from leaving the house. Muskaan tells that it’s better if she leaves. Kairav asks Surekha to stop Muskaan at any cost. Surekha and Muskaan apologize to each other.
Surekha asks her not to go because everyone loves her. Muskaan agrees to stay back. Surekha thanks her. Kairav gets glad. He asks Muskaan to cancel the cab booking when she isn’t going. Muskaan likes his gesture. Abhinav and Akshara wait for Abhimanyu. Abhinav asks why didn’t Abhimanyu come for Abhir’s tests. She tells that Ruhi would have got adamant to get Abhimanyu. She asks him to trust Abhimanyu. Abhir screams and finds it difficult to breathe. Abhimanyu reaches there and tries to comfort Abhir. He asks Rohan what happened to him. He asks Abhir to breathe and calm down. Abhir feels better. Aarohi is surprised to see Abhimanyu back on duty. Abhimanyu tells that the complications will end when the surgery happens.
He assures that he won’t let anything happen to Abhir. Abhinav asks him to attend to the patient on time. Abhimanyu apologizes that he got stuck. Abhinav asks him to value time as a doctor. Aarohi cries seeing the complicated relationships. Abhimanyu feels upset that he wasn’t with Abhir because the latter’s health is more important than Ruhi’s exams. Akshara tells Abhinav that he should have not scolded Abhimanyu. Abhinav tells that he is Abhir’s father, who can burn the world seeing Abhir in pain. He respects Abhimanyu but wants Abhir to stay well. He tells that he wants the best for Abhir. Akshara gets emotional. Aarohi reacts in anger. She is confused about Abhir’s truth. Akshara apologizes to Abhimanyu on Abhinav’s behalf.
She tells him that he is the best doctor for Abhir and they trust him. He thanks her. She knows that Abhimanyu can do everything for Abhir and that Abhir is everything to Abhinav. She doesn’t want Abhimanyu to know that Abhir is his son. Abhir returns to Goenka’s house. He tells that the tests didn’t happen. Akshara tells the reason that Abhir’s BP was fluctuating. Surekha taunts them about meeting the old relationships. Abhinav asks her not to mention it again and again. Surekha tells that Abhimanyu just knows to break hopes. Abhinav turns upset and leaves. Muskaan finds him worried.
Kairav asks the nurse about Abhir’s blood group not matching his parents’ blood group. The nurse asks him to send Abhinav again to give his blood sample. Aarohi scolds her and asks her not to inform anyone. Akshara tells Muskaan that she is afraid of choosing Abhimanyu for Abhir’s treatment. Muskaan tells that Abhimanyu is the best doctor, he is Abhir’s dad and his doctor also, and he will protect Abhir. Kairav overhears this and is shocked to learn that Abhir is Abhimanyu’s son. Muskaan gets scared that he learned the truth because of her. Later, Abhimanyu saves Abhir from an accident. Akshara gets panicking and confronts Abhimanyu about breaking every promise. She angrily blurts out the truth about Abhimanyu being Abhir’s father. Abhinav and Aarohi get worried.
