Bhagya Lakshmi 21st June 2023 Written Update True love. Rishi is upset with Neelam for hiding such a crucial truth about Lakshmi’s Kundali dosh. He tells Neelam that he has seen Lakshmi going close to death, but Neelam could have stopped it. Neelam asks how could she stop this. She wonders if he knows about Lakshmi’s Kundali dosh. Rishi doesn’t tell her that he is aware of the truth. He knows that once he confronts her, she will get hell-bent on make him away from Lakshmi. He wants to be with Lakshmi and protect her from the Markesh dosh threat. Neelam wants to confirm if Rishi overheard the pandit and her conversation that day. He asks how can she say that when she knows the risk to Lakshmi’s life. The doctor comes there to check on Lakshmi. Rishi asks him to check on her.

Doctor asks how did she faint. Rishi tells that they were sitting inside the cupboard and oxygen was too low there, so Lakshmi thought to not breathe so that he can inhale the oxygen. He tells that Lakshmi fell breathless and fainted. Vikrant feels weird hearing this. The doctor treats Lakshmi. He asks them to complete the medicine course and she will be absolutely fine.
