Shalu suspects that Rishi’s accident might be someone’s plan. Ayush agrees with her. He also thinks that someone has plotted the accident. Lakshmi recollects Rishi’s words. Rishi moves his fingers. Lakshmi thinks he is gaining consciousness. Saloni cries recollecting Vikrant’s command to kill Rishi. Neelam worries for her son. She tells that she has ousted Rishi and made him fall into danger. She regrets her words to Rishi. Dadi asks her not to curse herself. Malishka tells that she wants to know how did the accident happen and who is behind it. She adds that they will file a police case and get the culprit punished.
Anjana finds Saloni lost. She asks where did she go. Lakshmi runs to the family. Neelam and Malishka scold her for leaving Rishi alone and coming out of the ICU. Lakshmi asks them to listen to her. Virender asks them to listen to Lakshmi first and then react. Lakshmi tells them that Rishi has gained consciousness, so she has come to inform them. Dadi blesses Lakshmi. Virender tells that he was sure Lakshmi will bring good news. Vikrant is tense. He wants to kill Rishi at any cost. Malishka and everyone meet Rishi. They don’t find Rishi conscious. Malishka and Karishma rebuke Lakshmi for playing with Neelam’s feelings by lying to them.
Lakshmi tells that she is telling the truth. She adds that she has seen Rishi moving his fingers. Malishka criticizes Lakshmi. Virender asks her to stop it. The nurse asks them to go out. Neelam asks the nurse about Rishi’s condition. The nurse tells that Rishi will get conscious in a few hours, it depends on his willpower and physical strength. Lakshmi tells that she has seen Rishi moving his fingers. The nurse tells that it’s a positive symptom. She asks them to go out when they are educated. Malishka tells that Lakshmi lied to them. Virender asks Malishka to behave like an educated person. He defends Lakshmi. He asks them not to create any issues.

Saloni meets them. She is terrified. She asks Lakshmi to have a glass of juice. She tells that she will sit with Rishi and asks Lakshmi to get freshen up. Lakshmi agrees to go. Saloni gets worried that she has to kill Rishi. She recalls Vikrant’s words that she has to kill Rishi in self-defense. He gives her an injection to poison Rishi and kill him. Ayush, Shalu, and Bani wonder who wants to kill Rishi. They think to ensure Rishi’s safety. Saloni attempts to inject Rishi, but Lakshmi comes back. Saloni lies to her.
Ayush tells that Vikrant might be not the culprit. Shalu suspects Vikrant. Bani tells that the attacker will attempt to kill Rishi again because the latter got saved. Ayush tells that if Vikrant is the culprit, then he is too dangerous. He doubts that Vikrant has sent someone to kill Rishi. Saloni hears the nurse talking to Lakshmi. She thinks to change the injection and get Rishi killed by the nurse’s hand.
