Bhagya Lakshmi 4th July 2023 Written Update Vikrant attacks Rishi. Malishka asks who is the person Rishi is thinking of. She tells that the person has left a deep impression on Rishi’s mind so he is dreaming about him in an unconscious state. Vikrant reaches the hospital. Saloni takes him aside to talk. She asks him if he is okay. He tells her that he is okay, but she knows when he will be completely okay. He tells that he wants to kill Rishi so that their truth doesn’t come out. He adds that he will be okay once Rishi dies. He plans to kill Rishi right away while the former is unconscious so that the task gets easier for him.
Saloni asks how will he do it. He asks her to just do as he tells her. She gets tense seeing the police coming. Vikrant takes a disguise of a doctor and reaches the ICU. He hides his face from the family members. He goes to suffocate Rishi and kill him. Saloni keeps Lakshmi away from Rishi. Will Lakshmi save Rishi from Vikrant’s attack? Keep reading.
Earlier in the show, Neelam is informed by Anjana that she will calm Saloni. Neelam thanks her. Rishi’s behavior to spend time with Lakshmi is questioned by Malishka. She is urged not to stir up trouble by Neelam. Concerned for Vikrant is Saloni. She is asked by Anjana if she is alright. She reveals that Virender wants to report a crime to the police. She also wants to punish the truck driver. She tells Saloni to return home. Anjana is asked to leave by Saloni. She announces that she will stay. Anjana concurs. Lakshmi wonders about their potential enemy of Rishi. In his sleep, Rishi smiles. He becomes awakened. She feels as though she is dreaming. He pulls on her cheek. He claims to have become conscious. Lakshmi dreams of him again and wishes he gains consciousness soon.

Saloni tells Karishma that she is okay and sent Anjana home. Karishma asks her to go home. Saloni tells that she will go once Rishi gets okay. Karishma thanks her. Saloni acts supportive. Ayush gets some water bottles. He asks the family members to have water and stop taking stress. Bani gets tea for them. Ayush asks Neelam to have water and take care of herself so that they can take care of Rishi. Virender tells Neelam that they can’t afford to fall ill. He asks Bani to take a teacup for Lakshmi. Lakshmi refuses to have tea. Malishka tells that Rishi has something going on in his mind, so he was shouting in an unconscious state. She asks who is the person affecting Rishi.

Saloni worries that Rishi is thinking of Vikrant. She thinks Rishi has seen Vikrant driving the truck. She knows Rishi will expose Vikrant’s truth and also his crime. She thinks Rishi has to die now, only then Vikrant can stay fine. Vikrant reaches the hospital intending to kill Rishi. Lakshmi cries for Rishi. Saloni sees Vikrant and takes him along. She asks why did he come. He tells that he has come to finish the task. She tells that it’s not easy to murder someone. He tells that their lives are in danger and they have to handle the situation.
He adds that he will take advantage of Rishi’s unconsciousness and kill him. She warns him about the police coming. He asks her not to worry. He tells that he never loses and Rishi will die. She tells him that Lakshmi always protects Rishi. He tells that Lakshmi can’t save Rishi this time. He asks Saloni to just do as he tells her. She agrees to assist him. Bani tells that Lakshmi didn’t take tea or water, because Rishi is not well. Malishka thinks Lakshmi always gains sympathy and acts great in the people’s eyes.
Saloni tells that their lives will be ruined if they get caught. Vikrant asks her not to worry. Ayush tells that Lakshmi and Rishi love each other a lot. Saloni sees Ayush coming. She hides Vikrant from Ayush. Vikrant thanks Saloni for saving him. She checks if Ayush left. She asks Vikrant to come. Vikrant tells that they have to go to changing room before Ayush or anyone sees him. The nurse thinks Rishi is Lakshmi’s husband. She tells that Rishi will get conscious soon. She praises Lakshmi’s efforts and cares for Rishi. She tells that her love will show its effect and end her wait. Vikrant wears a doctor’s coat.

Saloni asks him to take care. She tells that she loves him a lot. She adds that she will die if anything happens to him. He tells that they are doing this to live together. He asks her not to worry. He hides his identity. He tells that he will win the challenge. Saloni wants to distract the family. Ayush collides with Vikrant but doesn’t recognize him. He gets a doubt for a second. He recollects and thinks if he just saw Vikrant. Saloni is terrified of seeing the police. She wonders when did Virender and Neelam file the police complaint. Inspector asks her about some wards. She guides him.
She is relieved that the police didn’t come for Rishi’s case. She knows Vikrant is very clever. She wishes nothing happens to him. Ayush looks for Vikrant. He thinks why did Vikrant come as a doctor? He finds some other doctor in the ward. He tells that he felt someone else was there. Vikrant hides from Ayush. Ayush apologizes. He calls Vikrant. Vikrant sees him and puts his phone on silent mode. Ayush leaves from there. Vikrant thinks Ayush is a fool and can never catch him. He stays inside the ward and waits for Ayush to leave. Ayush leaves. Vikrant gets a safe exit. Lakshmi wishes Rishi gets okay soon. Vikrant signals Saloni. Saloni falls and screams aloud to get everyone’s attention. She shouts Dadi’s name.
Lakshmi hears Saloni’s cry and comes out to see Dadi. She worries for Dadi. Malishka tells that Dadi is okay. Vikrant gets a chance to enter the ICU and kill Rishi. Kiran asks Malishka to go to Rishi and be with him. Malishka reaches the ICU. Vikrant worries that the luck isn’t on his side. Lakshmi tells that she heard Saloni shouting and worried for Dadi. Neelam asks her not to leave Rishi alone. Kiran tells that Malishka has gone to Rishi. Saloni is afraid that Rishi isn’t alone. Neelam asks Shalu and Bani to help Saloni. Lakshmi comes back. Vikrant thinks to make some other plan. He makes a leave.
Shalu asks him to check Saloni’s foot sprain once. Malishka asks Lakshmi to go out. Lakshmi asks the reason. Malishka asks if she is tired to sit there. She rebukes Lakshmi for leaving Rishi alone. Lakshmi doesn’t want to clarify anything. She gives a befitting reply to Malishka.
