Anupama 8th July 2023 Written Update Panicking. Shah’s family discusses Maya’s death. Paritosh doesn’t think Anupama should go to America, because nobody can handle Anu. Kinjal tells that Anuj will handle Anu’s responsibilities. He tells that Anu is traumatized and Anupama should stay back. She asks him not to be selfish and says that he wants Anupama for his sake. Samar agrees with Kinjal. He tells that they should think of Anupama. Kinjal tells that they shouldn’t stop Anupama from leaving. Vanraj tells that they will assist Anuj in handling Anu, but Anupama shouldn’t stay back. Leela tells that it’s Anupama’s decision. Anupama is confused about the US trip. Kanta asks her not to blame herself. Anupama asks what can she do. She feels guilty that Maya died because of her.
She tells that she has become a reason for Anu’s tears. She regrets Maya’s death. She doesn’t know how will she handle Anu. Kanta asks her to stop blaming herself. Anupama tells that the accident happened because of her carelessness. Kanta consoles Anupama. Anupama tells that she can’t leave Anuj and Anu alone to battle the sorrow. Kanta tells that they will support Anuj in handling Anu. Anupama is shaken up recalling the accident. Anuj makes Anu sleep. He tells that they can’t imagine Anu’s trauma of losing her mother. Ankush tells that Anu will accept the sorrow with time.
Barkha asks Anuj how Maya died when Anupama and he were there. She instigates Anuj for confessing the truth. Ankush asks Barkha not to question Anuj. She tells that she wants to know how did Maya die. Adhik and Pakhi ask Anuj to tell them how did the accident happen. Anuj tells them that the truck was coming in speed, and Maya didn’t pay attention. Barkha asks why is Anupama behaving guilty, that Maya died because of her. She confronts Anuj. Anupama is disturbed thinking of Anu. Anuj tells the family that Maya died because of Anupama. Barkha says Anupama would have met with an accident if Maya hadn’t saved her.

Pakhi asks her not to take Anupama’s name. Barkha shouts a lot. Ankush asks her not to make stories. Pakhi tells that it was just an accident. Adhik defends his sister. Ankush asks Barkha to stop her nonsense right away. Anuj asks them to let Anu sleep. He doesn’t want Anu to know this matter. Anu overhears that Maya died while saving Anupama’s life. Anupama gets restless. She tells Kanta that Anu isn’t okay. Kanta tells that Anuj would have called her if Anu wasn’t okay. Anupama calls Anuj to know about Anu. Vanraj and Kavya share a moment. Paritosh informs them about Anu. Anu gets a panic attack. Anuj worries for Anu. He fears losing her. Anupama arrives home and asks for Anu. Anuj reveals Anu’s panic attack.
He tells that Anu isn’t conscious and anything could happen to her. Anupama is in shock. Malti asks Nakul to call Anupama. Nakul tells that Anupama isn’t answering. She asks him to call Kanta. Anupama meets Anu and tries to talk to her. Ankush tells that Anu must gain consciousness. Barkha tells that Anu isn’t responding. Anuj tells that he failed in taking care of Anu. Anuj and Anupama take care of Anu. Nakul learns the matter from Kanta. Malti knows Anupama has gone to meet Anu. She worries that Anupama is going to pull back her steps.
