Kumkum Bhagya 1st August 2023 Written Update Akshay’s truth. Mayank pulls Mihika to some corner. Mihika gets to see Ranbir hugging someone. Dida hugs Ranbir and asks him what he is doing with Prachi. She says that she has seen him with Prachi and they both were hiding at that moment. She is thankful that Pallavi didn’t see Prachi, or else her anger would have gone out of control. She wants to know if Ranbir is still with Prachi, and if Prachi isn’t married to Akshay. Ranbir tells that he has no answers to tell her because he is also trying to find the answers. He gets certain that Prachi is wearing the mangalsutra he gifted but wants Prachi to state it too.
Prachi finds Akshay more worried about the diamonds than her. She didn’t expect Akshay to turn so insensitive towards her life. Ranbir rushes to protect Prachi from the goons, who threaten her and demand the mangalsutra. Ranbir and Prachi want each other’s safety because of their true love. Will Akshay learn Ranbir and Prachi’s marriage truth when Ranbir takes a stand for Prachi in front of the goons? Will Akshay’s insanity truth get known to Prachi? Ranbir looks for Prachi. Mihika and Divya also look for her. Ranbir tells that Prachi likes to give him tension. Mihika sees Ranbir and goes after him. Inspector tells them that they shouldn’t live telecast anything, or else the goons will get alert. He speaks to Shera. Shera tells him that he will kill the people who hurt his ego. Inspector asks him to just change himself. Shera tells that he will loot the mall at any cost. He adds that nobody should create a hurdle in his plan. He catches the manager and demands the key to the jewelry section. Pallavi sees Ranbir and stops him. Ranbir hugs her and cries.

She asks him to come back home. Mayank catches Mihika and stops her from going to Ranbir. Mihika sees Ranbir from far. Goon asks the manager for the keys. The manager denies knowing anything. The goon threatens him. He shoots in the air to scare the manager. Ranbir speaks to Pallavi and Dida. Dida asks him about Prachi. He tells them that he will talk to them later and asks them to just hide from the goons. Dida asks Pallavi to be happy that she got her son back. Mihika asks Mayank to leave her. He asks her how can he hate him when she used to love him. He refuses to leave her. She angrily bites his neck.
He calls her mad and slaps her. She slaps him back. They both end up hurting each other. Ranbir reaches there and saves her. Mayank flees. Ranbir asks who was that guy and what was happening. She tells that he was a thief asking for her ring. He tells her that he will take care of her. He adds that Prachi also risked her life by refusing to give her jewelry to the goons. The goon asks the manager to think of his family and his life than the mall’s assets. The goons catch Ranbir and Mihika after Prachi and the manager take them to the jewelry section.
Ranbir asks about Prachi and Divya. Akshay tells that he doesn’t know it. Ranbir is sure that they would be safe. Shera tells him that Prachi is in their captivity. A girl tries to escape. Shera gets distracted. Ranbir runs away from there. Shera asks where Ranbir go suddenly. Vishaka, Manpreet, and Ashok reach the shopping mall. They learn about their children stuck inside. Vishaka argues with the inspector. Ashok asks her to let the police do their work. The goon asks Prachi to remove her mangalsutra and give it to him. Prachi refuses. Ranbir comes in time and stops the goon from snatching the mangalsutra. The goon hits on Ranbir’s head. Prachi gets panicking.
