Kumkum Bhagya 25th August 2023 Written Update Prachi’s decision. Ranbir asks Prachi to defend his character. He says that he is behaving well with her and she should also behave well with him. Pallavi asks him not to expect anything from Prachi. She says that she knows Prachi well, she will not stop for anyone’s sake when she decides to leave and she will not listen to anyone. She taunts that Prachi can just give sorrow to others. Dida stops Pallavi from disclosing anything. Vishaka asks Prachi not to punish the family for Akshay’s mistake. She says that Akshay has realized his mistake. She requests Prachi to stay back. She asks her to give a chance to Akshay. Ashok has faith that Prachi will reform Akshay and keep the family happy. He asks her not to go. He assures that he will mend Akshay’s behavior.

Manpreet asks them not to stop Prachi and let her go if she wants because there is nothing without self-esteem, trust, and respect. She feels she is at fault for not giving the right values to her son. She asks Prachi to go away and punish her, instead of forgiving her. Prachi asks her not to apologize. Akshay folds his hands and falls on Prachi’s feet to apologize to her. Prachi agrees to stay back for Manpreet and Ashok’s sake. She hugs Manpreet and cries. Ranbir angrily drinks. He asks how dare Akshay insult Prachi when she is so clean-hearted. He tells Aryan that he is angry with Prachi for forgiving Akshay. Aryan asks him to calm down. Ranbir tells that Prachi should have self-respect, no one should doubt her character and she shouldn’t forgive Akshay.

Pallavi asks Dida to take medicines and sleep. Dida can see Pallavi’s hatred for Prachi. She asks her why did she speak against Prachi in front of her in-laws. Pallavi wants to bring Ranbir home. She doesn’t trust Ranbir. She is sure that Ranbir has agreed to marry Mihika just to be around Prachi. Akshay meets Prachi, who vents her anger and scolds him. She tells that she is very hurt after he accused her in front of everyone. She adds that he should have spoken to her in private if he doubted Ranbir and her, she is grateful for bringing Khushi into her life, but he has done wrong.

She doesn’t want to hurt him, because she loves and respects him as a friend, though their marriage is fake and he has made many favors on her. She requests him to go away. Pallavi tells Dida that she heard Ranbir and Prachi’s conversation and got to know their truth. She knows she is a good mother to Ranbir. She admits that she didn’t understand his love. She doesn’t like Prachi. She tells that Prachi is pretentious, and won Akshay’s family. She adds that Ranbir is all alone. She regrets that Ranbir has left his family, while Prachi has got everything in her life. She blames Prachi for ruining Ranbir’s life.

Akshay meets Ranbir. He apologizes to him. Ranbir rebukes him. He doesn’t want to forgive him when he doesn’t know how to respect women. He asks how dare he insult Prachi. Akshay finds him drunk and asks him to talk tomorrow. He asks Ranbir if he likes Prachi. Ranbir gets mad in anger. He replies with a yes. He says that he likes Prachi a lot. He asks Akshay to do anything he wants.
