Anupama 31st August 2023 Written Update Tension rises. Anupama informs Anuj that Nakul had transferred the Gurukul to his name and betrayed Malti, her adopted son. Anuj replies that this is how people can be deceptive. Anupama points out that she cannot bear to witness Malti in distress, wandering the streets in a mental breakdown. Anuj remarks that it’s Malti paying for her misdeeds. But Anupama argues that even if she made errors and simply deboarded from a plane at the last minute; thus, she should also face repercussions for her wrongdoings. She insists he accompany her to the temple where she last spotted Malti. Anupama goes to the temple and searches for Malti. Malti passes by her but she misses to see. She prays to Kanha that her Gurumaa stays fine. Anupama sinks in guilt.
Anupama and Anuj spend time with Anu. Anuj tells Anupama about Anu’s good thinking to help the people. They also assist him in making the Rakhis. Anupama hugs Anu. Anuj tells that everyone can celebrate the festival. He misses Mukku. Anu asks him to call Mukku home. He tells that nobody knows Mukku’s plans and thoughts. Anupama finds it strange that even Dolly isn’t here for Vanraj. They tell that the people aren’t giving time to families these days. Anu asks Romil to help her, but he refuses. Anupama and Anuj ask him to try making Rakhis and maybe he will like it. Anupama challenges Romil to convince him to celebrate Raksha bandhan. Romil wants to make the festive memorable.
Hasmukh and Leela take care of Kavya. The entire family pamper her. Anupama reaches there and finds them giving much love to Kavya. She gets Kavya’s favorite cake. Kavya gets emotional on getting so much love. She hugs Anupama and weeps. Anuj doesn’t forgive Adhik for raising hand on Pakhi. He doesn’t want to let Adhik become a part of the office. He knows Adhik is misusing Pakhi. Leela tells Hasmukh about Kavya’s disturbed hormones in pregnancy. Anupama knows Kavya is in guilt. She doesn’t know how the family will tolerate the truth if Kavya speaks up. Leela asks Kavya to share her feelings. Kavya reveals the truth about carrying Anirudh’s baby. The Shahs are in shock.
