Kumkum Bhagya Filthy trap for Prachi; Ranbir cautious. Ranbir lets Akshay know that he is aware of his plans and warns him not to do anything. Akshay challengingly tells him that he will make Prachi his forever – in front of Ranbir himself – and makes a statement that she will love him very much. In response, Ranbir grabs hold of Akshay’s neck and angrily scolds him for talking about his beloved wife in such a manner. He then emphasizes the fact that Prachi belongs only to him by saying her name out loud – Prachi Ranbir Kohli – while also stressing that her name has been ingrained in his heart. Ranbir warns Akshay not to touch Prachi with his filthy hands. Akshay inquires about his intentions: why has he come, when two other women – Rhea and Mihika – are also in the picture?

Ranbir clarifies he only has feelings for Prachi. He states that she is married to him and Khushi is their daughter. He orders Akshay to call Mihika once to get a reminder of his presence at the engagement ceremony. Ranbir vehemently asserts that although he had initially arrived for someone else, when he saw Prachi again his affections were reignited, and if Akshay so much as thought of being smart with her, then he’ll be done for. Akshay sternly tells him he has made a mistake by trying to threaten him.

He proclaims his past love for Prachi had transformed into an obsession and dares him to watch how he will have her in the end. Akshay then offers Prachi spiked Prasad sweets which she requests him to have as well, but he declines saying he already finished them. He insists on her consuming the treats and indeed, she does so, subsequently resulting in her becoming intoxicated and collapsing onto a bed. As Ranbir finds a “Do Not Disturb” sign outside the suite, Akshay orders Prachi to brush his cheek with her fingertips while looking deeply into his eyes. Ranbir grows worried for Prachi.
