Kathaa Ankahee Viaan’s radio love confession for Kathaa. At the call, RJ Khushi introduces Viaan and inquires about what Viaan has to say. With a beaming smile, Viaan shares how his heart beats for his colleague and conveys a message to his fiancée Katha Singh. He tells of how she made him a roadside Romeo, turning an ordinary man into a lover. Awe-struck by his confession, RJ Khushi wants to know more about Katha but Viaan refrains from going into detail and instead metaphorically compares her to a firefly – something that adds sparkle to life. As an added surprise, the RJ dedicates them a song and the couple dance to it. Maya heaps praise on Katha for her hard work in raising one crore for Aarav’s treatment. Neerja apologizes, saying she had to attend something important. After bidding farewell, Maya pondered why Katha always seemed to be so angry with Viaan. She digs the past.
Maya and Teji encounter Neerja, who is very close to Katha and Aarav. Maya feigns happiness at this sight but quickly inquires Neerja about the start of Katha’s relationship with Viaan. Neerja says Katha’s opinion had changed from dislike to liking. Maya probes further into where Katha got the money for Aradhana’s treatment, but Neerja has an alibi and takes off. As she walks away, Maya comments that they should discover why it was that Katha initially had negative feelings toward Viaan. Maya informs Ehsan that Viaan kept his assistance to Katha hidden from him. Ehsan then contacts Viaan to inquire about the withdrawal of funds from the corporate account. When Viaan nominates Katha for this, it takes her completely by surprise.
