YRKKH 12th September 2023 Written Update Happy Abhira. Akshara tells Aarohi that Abhimanyu didn’t agree to come. She wishes all the best to Aarohi and Mahima. She stays with the patient’s parents and pacifies them. She wants Abhimanyu to perform the surgery and help himself. She finds Abhimanyu coming for the surgery. She gets glad. He tells the couple that he will save their daughter. Akshara is delighted. Kairav brings Muskaan to the café and shows Pallavi with her boyfriend. He hopes Muskaan believes him now. Muskaan apologizes to him. He tells her that he has always trusted her. He didn’t think that she would trust him. He is hugely disappointed. Abhimanyu tells the couple that the surgery was successful. Mahima asks Abhimanyu to be on time for the next surgery.

Akshara and Abhimanyu head to the canteen. She apologizes for her emotional move to break the nameplate. He says that she didn’t let it break and saved it. He wants to keep the nameplate which will always remind him that he is a doctor. She asks him to meet Manjiri. He says that he is ready to meet Manjiri. Goenkas celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi. She says that Manjiri loves this festive, so the Ganesh idol will be placed in Birla’s house. Muskaan apologizes to Kairav in front of everyone. She justifies her fears. She asks them to give her a chance. Akshara says that Muskaan has proved her love for the family.

Manish blesses Kairav and Muskaan to stay happy. Kairav takes time to trust Muskaan and forget the matter. Birlas also makes arrangements for the festive. They welcome the guests. Manjiri asks Abhimanyu how long will he run away. He says that he failed to protect her. She says that she is okay. He tells them that she isn’t okay, because she isn’t facing her fears. He asks her to face her fears and perform the aarti with him. Goenkas meet Birlas. Akshara helps Abhimanyu wearing a cap. She says that he is a faulty piece. He gets worried when his feelings get revived. He says sorry and walks out.

He doesn’t want Akshara and his relationship to be spoiled. The kids run and bump into Aarohi. They make the sweets fall on the ground. Akshara asks how will they perform the aarti without the sweets. They scold the kids. They wonder how will they make the sweets so soon. Akshara devises a plan to engage Manjiri in the task. She thinks this will help Manjiri come out of trauma. Akshara helps Manjiri fight her fears, which makes Abhimanyu super happy. Abhimanyu and Akshara sing and dance with everyone, and then he happily hugs her, rekindling the same love between them.
