Manish, accompanied by the Goenkas, visits the Birla household. To Mahima’s query about their uneasiness, Manish brings up Abhimanyu and Akshara’s relationship – much to their shock as they hear him. Subsequently, Akshara and Abhimanyu both declined the alliance. Furthermore, she flatly refuses to substitute Abhinav in her life.
The Goenkas and the Birlas debate over Akshara and Abhimanyu’s marriage. Manish supports her and, is content with what she has in life. Swarna requests Suhasini and Manish to end their distress now that Muskaan is aware of the alliance between Abhimanyu and Akshara. When he catches sight of Abhir and Ruhi’s photographs, Abhimanyu is overcome with emotion. Akshara however has memories of Abhinav, which intensifies her feelings more. In the new promo, Akshara attempts to lift Abhimanyu’s spirits as his regret for not being able to save Manjiri weighs heavily on him. He tells that she understands him well. He happily hugs her. She says that they are friends and they must be with each other in tough times. She puts Abhimanyu in the friend’s zone, while his heart starts beating for her once again. Akshara isn’t able to forget Abhinav, but everyone else seems to have forgotten him. They start dreaming of Akshara and Abhimanyu’s marriage.
