Anupama Huge drama alert Pakhi returns home. Anupama is weeping as her eyes are fixed on the doorway, eagerly awaiting Pakhi’s arrival. Anuj queries what she’s looking at; there’s no one outside. She replies “Pakhi is coming”. Barkha doesn’t agree yet, but Anupama continues to look out anyway. Ankush casts an unhappy glare towards Romil. All of their faces light up when they spot Malti Devi as she escorts Pakhi to them. Everyone rushes over as Anupama tears towards Pakhi and engulfs her in a tight embrace. Anuj turns to Malti and she informs him that she has discovered Pakhi.
He immediately supports her and requests that Anupama and Adhik take Pakhi indoors, while he and Ankush assist Malti inside. Vanraj receives a call from Anuj, inquiring about the whereabouts of Pakhi. On hearing the news that she has been found, everyone is elated and gets ready to return home. Anupama attends to Pakhi, relieved that she is back safe and sound. She remarks that with Pakhi’s return, their joy has been restored. While Pakhi remains under the influence of medication, Anupama asks her to rest for now and they’ll talk later. Later on, Anuj visits Malti’s room in disbelief at the state of Malti Devi.
Adhik cautiously approaches Anupama and humbly requests that he remain with Pakhi for a while. She silently departs. He looks at her pleadingly, begging her to not abandon him again, for he is truly frightened. Romil sobs in his chamber, thanking his lucky stars that Malti has found Pakhi and brought her home; however, he privately worries about the disciplinary judgment that will be passed upon him. Adhik sobs and apologizes to Pakhi. She implores him to stop crying and insists it is not his fault. He admits he has done wrong with her and emotionally tortured her, but queries if it isn’t considered a mistake.

He reminds her of how much she cherished him, going against Anuj and Anupama for him, only for him not to realize it until she left. His life was stagnant until then. He vows never to hurt or mistreat her again, promising to become the Adhik who loved her deeply and be an exemplary husband. Pakhi is overwhelmed after hearing his confession. Anupama asks Anuj to give medicines to Malti. Anuj confirms he has stored it as instructed by her. He enquires how she is before apologizing for not trusting her earlier; exclaiming nobody should have to go through such a circumstance. Subsequently, he informs her that he has contacted the Shah’s house.
