Anupama Big twist coming Anuj is Malti’s son

Anupama Big twist coming Anuj is Malti’s son. Anuj queries Anupama about Malti Devi’s situation. He proposes that if the doctor deems it necessary, they should transfer her to a medical center. Conveying his mistrust of Malti Devi due to her misdeeds, he insists that she should not stay with Anupama in the Kapadia Mansion. Vanraj asks Anupama to look after Pakhi, and she reassures him that her mom and Anuj will be there for her. Then Anuj banters with Vanraj about not overdoing his emotional talks. To which Anupama adds her thanks to Anuj for being the most supportive husband and friend, to which Vanraj instantly agrees. Anuj receives a call and notifies Anupama about the neurological appointment.

They both accompany Malti to the doctor, who reveals that she is diagnosed with dissociative amnesia – a rare form. Anuj queries regarding its therapy, the doctor’s response being if she could remember often, her recovery could be hastened. Anupama implores Anuj to heed her opinion that it would be best if they take her either to a hospital or obtain medical assistance. Although he respects her viewpoint, he remains apprehensive of any danger that may result from having Malti stay at home. Anuj queries Anupama about Malti Devi’s situation. He proposes that if the doctor deems it necessary, they should transfer her to a medical center. Anuj and Anupama hasten to Malti at home. Malti drops a vase and it breaks. She states she has not done anything wrong. Anupama declares it’s alright if something gets broken. Malti then approaches Anuj and embraces him, requesting for him to bring his mother over to his house. Anupama tries to console Malti. Malti says that she doesn’t want to stay in the Kapadia mansion. She asks Anuj to take her to their home. Anupama and Anuj are left surprised.
