Imlie New Promo Imlie Agastya’s contract marriage. Agastya tells Imlie that she is late. She replies that she got late because of the multiple responsibilities she manages. He tells that he wants to have a contract marriage with her. She agrees to sign the contract when he is ready to give her 60 lakhs for six months. He asks her to understand the terms and conditions. He wants her to not interfere in his private life. She asks him not to get personal. They both keep their terms. They want to pretend as a couple in front of the family. He adds that love is prohibited in their marriage. She says that love happens by heart, not by money or any compromise.
Earlier in the show, Agastya’s stepmother still shames him and insists that his mother caused her to become a widow. In response, he counters that the reason his father left her was because he did not feel esteemed or cherished by her as a man should. Sonali attempts to regard herself highly again, but Agastya cuts through the façade. As they go, Agastya’s dad compliments his son on how bravely he stood up to them–he says he wanted to do the same for some time now but had been overpowered by them.
Coming up in the next episode, Imlie performs at the bar in an attempt to garner the attention of a wealthy patron, so she can land herself a job. The jeweler admires her singing and offers to provide anything she may need. The next morning, as she rides in his car, Imlie reflects on how she momentarily sought affluence from him. She then orders the driver to stop Agastya’s car and steps out to confront him; prompting his annoyance.
