Abhira love proof YRKKH Abhi risks life to rescue Akshara. A man confronts the ward boy, questioning how his son ended up in a coma. Spotting Mahima, he immediately reprimands her. Anand and Parth intervene before the situation escalates. Despite warnings, the man misbehaves. In response, Parth sternly reprimands him. Claiming that Mahima is a fraud, the man demands answers about how his son could have fallen into a coma after a simple surgery for a minor injury. The guards take him away as Mahima becomes visibly concerned. Anand inquires about the situation, to which Mahima explains that she was assisting the doctor during the procedure and had administered oxygen to the patient. However, despite their efforts, the child slipped into a coma.
Parth realizes that this may have been caused by the new oxygen cylinders. He regrets the deal with the new supplier. He thinks of finding out the faulty cylinders before any new tragedy strikes the patients. Abhimanyu believes it’s best to leave this place. Akshara arrives and expresses she needs to have a conversation with Abhimanyu and find a solution for Abhir’s better and secure future. She requests to speak with him in his office. Abhimanyu thinks he should leave, apologizing that he cannot attend Abhir’s football match. As Akshara enters the cabin, she doesn’t see him leaving.
Manish informs everyone that Akshara went to speak with Abhimanyu. Abhir excitedly suggests that they should get married. He plans another surprise for them at the hospital where they can take a family photo together. Suhasini smiles at his suggestion. Swarna questions why Manish is giving false hope to Abhir, but he responds by saying that Akshara will give her a nod for the marriage this time. Akshara inquires about Abhimanyu’s whereabouts but the doctor informs her that Abhimanyu hasn’t been seen. She decides to contact him but realizes she left her phone in the car.

As she rushes towards the parking lot, she accidentally bumps into someone. Glancing over, she notices a girl having a conversation with her mother. The nurse informs Akshara that the lady is about to undergo critical surgery and wishes to listen to a song before entering the operation theater. Abhimanyu hears Akshara’s voice singing and wonders if it’s just his imagination since he believes she wouldn’t come to meet him. Akshara finishes singing and the girl expresses her gratitude towards her.
The coma patient’s father inquires about Abhimanyu to take revenge on him. The nurse is unsure and the man states that the MD cannot survive now. Manish and Abhir arrive at the scene, leading Akshara to question why they are there. Upon seeing a picture of Abhimanyu and Abhir, the man realizes that Abhir is Dr. Abhimanyu’s son. Akshara refuses to share any information and plans on reprimanding Abhir. However, her attention is drawn to the armed man and she urges Abhir to leave. Both Manish and Abhir witness as the man fires a shot into the air, causing them to be taken aback with shock.
As Akshara and Abhir make their attempt to flee, Akshara pleads for death to save her son. In response, the man threatens to end the life of Abhimanyu’s son. Telling him about her marriage to Abhimanyu, she asserts that she holds the most love in Abhimanyu’s heart. She asks him to shoot her and spare Abhir. The arrival of police results in the apprehension of the culprit. Abhimanyu is informed about the threat to Abhir’s life.
