2 Twists Yeh Hai Chahatein Kashvi’s big blunder and a surprise. Dadi arranges money by selling Nayantara’s jewels, for which Mohit expresses gratitude for convincing his mother, Shobana. The police inspector warns Kashvi to stay cautious as terrorist Mirchi Langda, also known as Mirchi, is highly dangerous. The constables bring Mirchi to the scene and they all pile into a van. Kashvi heads to her car to attend Mahima’s sangeet function. She calls one of the constables to inquire about the situation with Mirchi. Pretending to be in pain, Mirchi fools the constable, who then relays the information to Kashvi. However, she orders him to remove Mirchi’s handcuffs and approaches the van. Suddenly, Mirchi aims his gun at her and takes advantage of the opportunity to escape.
The police commissioner reprimands Kashvi for her actions, which Nitya had deliberately provoked him to do. As a result, Kashvi is suspended. The commissioner expresses his concern that the recent incident may be part of a conspiracy to help the terrorist escape. Kashvi inquires about his statement and he clarifies that he hopes she has no connection to Mirchi. He warns her that, if any connection is discovered, she will face consequences. Kashvi defends herself, stating that she was on leave and unaware of being assigned to this case. She asks Nitya for confirmation, but the commissioner interrupts their conversation, ordering the inspector to locate Mirchi at any cost.
He emphasizes the importance of keeping the media from sensationalizing the situation and causing public panic. Nitya observes as Kashvi apologizes to the commissioner and leaves his office. She informs Arjun and Jagdish that Kashvi has been suspended due to protocol, as there are suspicions of her involvement with Mirchi. Arjun questions why Nitya did not intervene to prevent her suspension, but Nitya explains that it was necessary as Kashvi made a mistake and even he was suspended in the past for one of his errors. Kashvi informs Arjun that Mirchi has escaped due to her error. Later, as the committee is set to take action against Nitya, Kashvi arrives and reveals evidence proving Nitya’s innocence.
