Kathaa Ankahee Major twist Yuvraj attacks Viaan. Aarav makes his way to the mandap, where he expresses gratitude to Katha and Viaan for inviting him to their special day. He shares a humorous observation that none of his friends’ parents have invited their own friends to their weddings, prompting laughter from everyone. Aarav then confides in Viaan that he used to be the head of the household but is now passing on the title to him, asking him to take good care of Katha. With his agreement, Katha becomes overjoyed and embraces Aarav as he takes his leave. She playfully teases Viaan for behaving like a teenager.
As the wedding rituals commence, the Pandit recites the mantras and then directs Katha and Viaan to exchange their garlands. As this is happening, Yuvraj’s anxiety and nerves begin to surface. Teji notices his behavior and demands answers from Maya about Yuvraj’s lack of reaction to discovering the dark secret between Katha and Viaan. Feeling determined, she considers stopping the wedding herself, but Maya intervenes and advises her to stay calm. In a reassuring gesture, Reet then signals at Maya, who responds with a nod. Katha and Viaan rise to exchange their garlands. Ehsan lifts Viaan with assistance from Naresh, but the latter is scolded by Viaan and asked to put him down.
Afterwards, Viaan places the garland on Katha. Initially hesitant, Katha eventually submits to Viaan’s request when he tries again. Meanwhile, Maya pulls Reet aside and asks her to provoke Yuvraj into helping them stop Katha and Viaan’s wedding. Agreeing to do so, Reet follows through with the plan. As the priest calls for the groom’s sister to perform the gadhbandhan ritual, Vanya is unsure but is encouraged by Viaan to do it. In her speech, Vanya praises the love between Katha and Viaan and wishes them all the best in their marriage. Ehsan is moved to tears by the words and retreats indoors. Vanya follows him, puzzled by his unusual behavior.

After consuming alcohol, Ehsan opens up about his feelings for Vanya, complimenting her talents and giving her advice to not fear anyone or anything. Vanya is taken aback by this confession. The pandit then calls Katha’s parents to the mandap for the Kanyadan ritual and takes a moment to explain its significance in a wedding, with the hope that younger generations will learn to respect it. Meanwhile, Reet pulls Yuvraj aside and implores him to put a stop to Katha and Viaan’s marriage as he knows of Viaan’s mistreatment towards Katha. As her brother, he should protect her from this toxic relationship. Yuvraj remains silent while Maya and Teji appear distressed. Ehsan opens up about his fear of losing both Viaan and Vanya if he confides in Viaan about his feelings for Vanya.
Vanya becomes emotional as she listens. Meanwhile, Katha and Viaan exchange happy smiles as they take their wedding vows around the sacred fire. Little do they know, Reet successfully convinces Yuvraj to cancel the wedding by stirring up negative feelings against Viaan. Maya and Teji’s joyous expressions quickly change as they witness Yuvraj furiously untying Katha and Viaan’s gathbandhan. The confusion on Katha and Viaan’s faces is evident. Yuvraj shocks everyone by punching Viaan. Despite Viaan’s attempts to calm him down, Yuvraj continues with his aggression, prompting Viaan to question the reason for his sudden attack.
In response, Yuvraj discloses that he has learned about a dark secret involving Katha and Viaan, leaving Viaan stunned. He proceeds to beat up Viaan and push him to the ground, causing him to lose consciousness. The rest of the family becomes worried for Viaan while Teji makes threats towards the Garewal family before leaving with Maya. Kavita breaks down in tears over Yuvraj’s behavior towards her son, while Kailash looks furious.
