The doctor takes Viaan to the operation theater, and when the nurse announces that he needs blood, Vanya steps forward to donate. Kailash and Kavita confront Yuvraj for his behavior towards Viaan, but he remains tight-lipped. In frustration, Kailash resorts to physical violence. Reet feigns ignorance about the reason behind Yuvraj’s actions, while Teji blames herself and Maya for Viaan’s condition. Realizing Maya’s role in all this, Ehsan threatens her.
As Viaan’s condition deteriorates, Katha enters the operation theater but faints upon seeing him. Aarav, overcome with emotion, demands to see his parents from the Garewal family. After the operation, Katha will inform the Raghuvanshi family that Viaan is out of danger. Teji’s face relaxes into a smile as she tries to enter the operation theater but loses her balance. However, Katha quickly catches her before she falls and they share an emotional hug. Maya plans to report Yuvraj for abusing his power during a phone conversation. The inspector will deliver the warrant for his arrest to Kailash and take him into custody. Reet will beg Kailash to intervene.
Upon receiving the news, Katha is taken aback. She musters up the courage to confront Yuvraj at the police station. Yuvraj admits to knowing about her and Viaan’s secret, leaving Katha in tears. After finding out that Viaan had regained consciousness, Katha makes the decision to visit him. However, Maya stands firm in her refusal to let Katha see him. Much to Katha’s surprise, she then discovers that it was Maya who had instigated Yuvraj against Viaan. Katha slips into unconsciousness in the operation theater. Upon regaining consciousness, she immediately calls out for Viaan. The medical team and doctor quickly move her out of the room as Viaan receives cardiac shocks. Katha silently prays for his recovery, relieved when his heart rate returns to a stable state and he is no longer in danger. She exits the OT and shares the good news with everyone, bringing a sense of relief to those waiting. Teji breaks down in tears and embraces Katha, who offers her support. Maya contacts Khanna and requests his assistance.
Kailash updates Kavita on his plan to meet Viaan at the hospital, while Kavita mentions her intention to speak with Yuvraj about his recent actions. The police arrive to arrest Yuvraj, presenting a warrant. Aarav is also present and Yuvraj requests that he not be handcuffed in front of their child. Later, he breaks down and implores Kavita for permission to see Katha and Viaan. He questions why Yuvraj resorted to such violence despite making prior plans. In the midst of this, Katha phones Aarav with news that Viaan’s condition has improved, reassuring him not to worry. Kailash inquires about Viaan’s well-being from Katha. Curious, Katha asks if Yuvraj had revealed why he attacked Viaan, but to no avail as he has already been taken into custody.
Despite his concern, Kailash is advised by Katha to hold off on visiting the hospital. She then entrusts Vanya and Ehsan with taking care of Viaan while she attends to pressing matters. Maya, once again attempting to stir trouble, is shut down by Teji who urges her to refrain from further instigation. Teji emphasizes how Viaan’s life is now at risk because of Maya’s schemes and expresses her desire to stay by his side during this critical time. After being sent to jail, Katha seeks out Yuvraj and confronts him about the situation that she and Viaan were in, which parallels what happened to Adi.

She emotionally breaks down and questions Yuvraj’s motives for his actions. Despite Yuvraj’s constant denials, he eventually expresses regret for not disclosing the truth. However, his anger rises as he reveals that Viaan is not a good person and has been manipulating everyone, including Katha. Yuvraj shares his inability to control his emotions upon learning the truth and accuses Viaan of being manipulative. He concludes by declaring that he will never allow Katha to marry Viaan, as he believes they have all been deceived by him. Katha informs Yuvraj that he is not fully informed. After repeatedly asking, Yuvraj reveals that he learned the truth from a mutual acquaintance.
Vanya receives a call from HR regarding a personal arrangement for the Rajasthan project being made public. Vanya and Ehsan decide to head there to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, Maya contacts them and purposely prolongs the misunderstanding. She directs Teji to take some time off and rest. Upon Katha’s return to the hospital, Maya prevents her from meeting Viaan. She urges Katha to end their relationship and stop meeting him altogether. Katha comes to terms with Maya’s true intentions.
