Kathaa Ankahee Major twist Viaan breaks ties with Maya. Katha is shocked by Maya’s choice to tell Aarav the secret. However, Maya explains to her that she felt like she had no other option. Soon after, Kavita takes Aarav to the hospital to see Viaan. When Viaan finally wakes up, Aarav reveals his plan to him and promises to take good care of him. Meanwhile, Kavita also apologizes to Viaan for Yuvraj’s actions. Later, Maya confides in Katha about her and Teji’s disapproval of her being a single mother and how they didn’t want their grandchild to accept Garewal’s grandson as their own. Despite Katha’s pleas for Maya to spare Aarav, Maya remains stubborn in her decision. Katha also refuses to leave Viaan’s side, and together with Aarav and Kavita, they pray for Viaan’s recovery since his condition has not improved. However, when Maya tells a story that causes Aarav’s health to worsen, Katha gets worried.
As Katha packs her things, Kavita confronts her for keeping her decision to break up with Viaan a secret. Despite the confrontation, Katha remains silent. Meanwhile, Kailash receives a call from Viaan who informs him of the breakup. Shocked by the news, Kailash hurries home and calls out to Kavita. After noticing Katha’s silence, Kailash questions her about the breakup. At the hospital, Teji credits Katha for saving Viaan’s life and decides to make amends for her mistakes. Heartbroken, Katha looks at a photo of herself with Aarav and Viaan. Ehsan later informs Viaan about Maya’s plot against him and he is left in shock. Viaan decides to end ties with Maya. Will Katha reveal the reason behind the breakup to the Garewals? And how will Viaan react to Teji’s involvement in Maya’s conspiracy against them?
