1 Upcoming twist in Kathaa Ankahee blanks out Katha. Katha implores Kailash not to question her about her decision to end ties with Viaan. Kavita interrupts, preventing Kailash from saying anything. Aarav watches everything unfold from the background. Katha firmly states that it is time for everyone to accept that she and Viaan will no longer be together for the sake of their own peaceful lives. This saddens and upsets Aarav, Kavita, and Kailash. Teji notices Viaan looking upset and asks him what happened. After hearing Viaan’s explanation, Teji shares in his pain and regrets not realizing sooner how much he relied on Katha for happiness.
Determined to support Viaan in every way possible, Teji promises to bring Katha back into their lives. Ehsan arrives on the scene and becomes emotional upon overhearing Teji and Viaan’s conversation. Inspired by his son’s determination to reconcile with Katha, Viaan asks Ehsan to handle his discharge from the hospital immediately. Ehsan agrees, attempting to calm down an agitated Viaan. Upon arrival at their flat, Katha and Aarav fondly reminisce about the joyful times they spent with Viaan. However, Aarav becomes upset and retreats to his room. In an attempt to distract herself, Katha begins cleaning but is overcome with emotion as she remembers both Viaan and Aarav. She breaks down in tears.
At the same time, Aarav also appears downcast. Falguniben arrives and attempts to uplift both Katha and Aarav’s spirits. They all embrace in a hug. The doctor advises that Viaan stay under observation for an additional night due to his severe injuries. Despite Viaan’s attempts to change the doctor’s mind, he is unsuccessful. Ehsan and Teji plead with him to trust the doctor’s decision. Later, Teji returns home and is questioned by Maya about Viaan’s condition. Teji pulls away from Maya’s grasp and berates her for interfering in Katha and Viaan’s relationship, which led to their breakup. She scolds Maya for not realizing that Katha is crucial to Viaan’s happiness, and reveals her plan to bring Katha back into their lives.

This shocks Maya, who warns Teji about jeopardizing her family legacy without a potential heir from a higher social standing. Teji becomes enraged and accuses Maya of manipulating her. She then instructs Maya to leave Paris the following day, leaving Maya feeling hurt. Viaan tries to call Aarav, but Katha signals for him not to answer. Aarav follows her cue. The following day, Katha gets a call and decides to meet the caller right away. Later, Viaan calls her from a different number and tells her he found out about what happened at school through Sumeet’s father. He wants to go with Katha, but she declines, reassuring him that she can handle it on her own. Upset, Viaan abruptly ends the call, leaving Katha stunned.
Katha meets with the Principal who shares news about Aarav’s altercation with another student that resulted in the child being hospitalized. Katha becomes visibly upset and distracted, but reassures the Principal that she will address the situation with Aarav. In response, the Principal decides to suspend Aarav. Meanwhile, Viaan emerges from the waiting room, only to find that Katha has already left. He apologizes to the Principal on behalf of Aarav and promises to prevent a similar incident from occurring again. However, before he can say more, he receives a call from Ehsan and rushes off to the hospital. Meanwhile, Katha speaks with Aarav and tries to understand why he reacted in such a way. As Aarav tearfully explains himself, Katha encourages him to learn from this experience and figure out what triggered his outburst. In the meantime, Ehsan informs Viaan about Maya’s actions which leaves him shocked.
