Kumkum Bhagya 10th October 2023 Written Update Accident chaos. Ranbir spots a truck and its driver, attempting to purchase it on the spot. However, the driver dismisses his offer and leaves. Undeterred, Ranbir takes matters into his own hands and steals the truck. Meanwhile, Akshay is unable to reach Prachi and expresses concern to Mihika about her safety. A heated argument ensues between the two, with Akshay even threatening to harm Mihika if anything happens to Prachi. Fearing for her safety, Akshay locks Mihika in her room. Amid all this chaos, Ranbir manages to get through to Prachi on the phone and asks for her location.
Prachi then guides Khushi on how to share her live location with Ranbir. Later, when they finally speak again, Prachi tells Ranbir that she has given him an affirmative answer to a previous question he had asked about their relationship. Eager for confirmation, Ranbir asks Prachi if she will love him once again. Soon, Prachi and Khushi meet with an accident. Ranbir follows their car and attempts to save them, but he gets late. He spots them lying unconscious. He rushes them to the hospital. He panics and asks the staff to attend to his wife and daughter, who just had an accident.
The nurse asks him to inform the police and complete the formalities. She refuses to admit them. Ranbir blasts his anger when she narrates the rules. He asks her how can she delay things and if will she take responsibility if anything happens to his family. The other nurse agrees with Ranbir. She admits Prachi and Khushi. Ranbir thanks her. He informs Akshay about the accident. Akshay is shocked to know this and rushes to see Prachi at the hospital. Mihika is madly in love with Ranbir. She doesn’t want to think of anyone’s life. She regrets that Khushi will also die with Prachi. She wants to marry Ranbir. Ranbir worries for Prachi and Khushi.

Prachi confirms to Ranbir that her answer is still Yes from yesterday. He understands that she’s willing to give him another chance, which makes him elated and emotional. Prachi also becomes emotional at the thought of rekindling their love. In assurance, Ranbir promises Prachi that he will do everything in his power to protect his family. Prachi eagerly urges Ranbir to join her soon. As he sets up a barricade using a truck, sandbags, and grass to halt Prachi’s car, she unknowingly crashes into it. After wiping away the sand from the shattered glass, Ranbir realizes that Khushi has been injured in the accident. Similarly, Khushi also notices Ranbir’s presence through the broken glass.
Upon seeing Prachi and Khushi’s injuries, Ranbir immediately assures them that he will keep them safe. He then proceeds to carefully place both of them in his truck and rushes them to the hospital. Mihika requests Akshay to open the door. She explains that she’s trying to resolve the issue by getting rid of Prachi. In response, Akshay questions her decision to ruin his life over her stubbornness. Mihika then makes a remark about his relationship with Prachi. This leads Akshay to issue a warning for both Mihika and Prachi to stay away from him. He even threatens to harm Ranbir if anything happens to Prachi. Meanwhile, he asks Abhay and Divya not to unlock the room. As he leaves, he mentions that he must protect his love. In the meantime, Mihika destroys things in the room and exhibits erratic behavior.
Ranbir brings Prachi and Khushi to the hospital, but is informed by the receptionist that they cannot be admitted without a police report. This leads to a heated argument between Ranbir and the receptionist. However, upon seeing the poor condition of Prachi and Khushi, the Head Nurse intervenes and instructs the receptionist to admit them immediately. A grateful Ranbir thanks her. Meanwhile, Abhay and Divya approach Akshay for Mihika’s room key, but are turned down. Just then, Vishaka arrives on the scene and after learning about their situation, scolds Akshay for his behavior. Despite their attempts to reason with him, Akshay remains adamant and walks away. In order to unlock the room, Vishaka sends Abhay to fetch a key maker.

The doctor instructs Ranbir to complete the formalities, and he agrees. Shortly after, Akshay calls asking for Prachi’s second number. Confused, Ranbir asks why he needs it. Akshay explains that her phone is not working and he’s worried. In response, Ranbir reveals that Prachi had an accident and is currently at the city hospital. Upon hearing this, Akshay rushes to the hospital. Meanwhile, Mihika spots Vishaka and urges her to open the door. However, Vishaka insists on waiting for Abhay to arrive with a spare key. Mihika then confesses her desire to harm Prachi in order to solve their issues, but Akshay is not comprehending the severity of the situation. Vishaka sternly warns Mihika to remain composed.
The receptionist nurse requests Ranbir’s signature on the documents. He obliges, and the other nurse commends him for being a devoted husband. She also mentions that his daughter is doing well and is currently asleep. Grateful for the update, Ranbir expresses his appreciation to the nurse before leaving. Vishaka scolds Mihika for her actions towards Prachi, fearing what may happen if Ashok finds out. Mihika denies any wrongdoing and gets into a heated argument with Vishaka. Eventually, Vishaka angrily tells Mihika to be silent and implores her to pray for Prachi’s safety. However, Mihika secretly prays for Prachi’s death instead.
