Anupama Upcoming Kavya’s accident; Miscarriage twist. Anuj appears preoccupied with thoughts of Anupama when Ankush arrives and encourages him to focus on work. He reminds Anuj that they cannot let Samar’s death halt their lives. With that, Anuj requests that Ankush take charge of scheduling their meetings. As he impatiently expresses his heartache over being separated from Anupama and her apparent indifference towards him, Ankush turns him around to face her at the door. Meanwhile, Pari is crying incessantly and Toshu is struggling to comfort her while Kinjal is at the office.
Dimple approaches Pari and tries to soothe her before taking her away. The group agrees that Dimple needs help recovering from the trauma as soon as possible. Anu rushes into Anupama’s embrace and together they enter the house to work on their school project. Anuj is advised by Ankush and Barkha to have a conversation with Anupama, but he expresses his concern that she may no longer have feelings for him. He confides in them that he can sense a distance between them. Ankush reassures him not to jump to conclusions, as they trust Anupama to make thoughtful decisions.
Anuj shares his fear of losing her and not being able to handle life without her. Ankush reminds him to stay positive and support Anupama during this tough time, rather than dwelling on negative thoughts. Taking in Ankush’s words, Anuj joins Anupama in the room where she is helping Anu with the project, but she avoids making eye contact with him. She explains that she needs more time at the Shah house and assures him that she will return home once everything is resolved. Sonu’s father is determined to ensure that the Shah family drops their case against him.
However, the Shah family remains resolute in their desire to see justice served for their son’s death. Kavya, unfortunately, becomes the target of Sonu’s father when she enters an auto whose driver refuses to stop. In a shocking and dangerous display, the driver forcefully ejects Kavya from the vehicle, warning her to withdraw the case for her own safety. As a result of this violent act, Kavya experiences excruciating pain and injury from the fall while lying on the road in her pregnant state.
