Bhagya Lakshmi 12th October 2023 Written Update Wedding time. As Rishi issues the wedding invitation and leaves, Malishka pleads with him to stop saying hurtful things and to consider her feelings. She expresses her frustrations to those around her, questioning why they always prioritize Lakshmi over her. Virendra advises Malishka to let go of Rishi, as their union would only bring turmoil for all involved. Meanwhile, Dadi reflects on Neelam’s lack of enthusiasm about Rishi’s marriage and how this news dampens their happiness. Meanwhile, Bani and Shalu offer words of comfort to Lakshmi, assuring her that with time, everyone will accept her.
Over in another part of the house, Malishka humbly reminds Neelam of her promise to marry her to Rishi. She reminds Neelam that she entered this household at Neelam’s request and is certain she will eventually win Rishi’s heart and become his wife. Neelam informs her that she has made numerous promises, but is now uncertain if she can fulfill them. Nonetheless, Malishka refuses to hear any excuses and firmly expresses to Karishma and Neelam that she cares more about having Rishi back with her than Lakshmi’s fate. During this time, Lakshmi phones Rishi inquiring if everyone will attend their wedding. Rishi replies that Neelam and Karishma are still upset. Ayush advises Rishi not to worry and solely focus on getting married.
However, Rishi insists that he cannot proceed with the marriage without Neelam’s blessings. Sonal attempts to dissuade Malishka from discussing any violent actions, while Malishka insists that they must see results and stop putting in futile efforts. She warns Neelam that if she fails to bring her as a bride into their household, she will have no choice but to send her there as a lifeless body. In the meantime, Lakshmi confides in Shalu and Bani that Rishi and Neelam’s relationship is doomed, and she holds herself responsible for it. However, Shalu and Bani point out that it is Neelam’s actions that have forced Rishi to choose between his mother and his lover. Lakshmi expresses her discomfort with the idea of marrying Rishi without his mother’s blessing.

Karishma informs Neelam that Malishka’s behavior is irrational due to her grief and suggests they discuss possible solutions for Rishi and Lakshmi’s marriage. Simultaneously, Sonal reassures Malishka that she must not give up hope as the situation may still turn in her favor. Meanwhile, Lakshmi reminds Virendra of his role in her Kanyadaan. Virendra assures her that they will attend and bestow their blessings upon her. Later, he confides in Harleen and Aayush about the need to convince Neelam to give her blessings for Rishi and Lakshmi’s wedding.
Sonal urges Malishka to take action now to prevent her worst fears from coming true. Kiran is taken aback when she learns that Rishi and Lakshmi are getting married. Feeling frustrated that no one, including Neelam, took action, Kiran exits the room to speak with her. Meanwhile, Rano approaches Lakshmi and offers her a pair of gold bangles. Rano admits to making mistakes in the past, but now she wants to make amends and wishes for Lakshmi’s happiness.
