Titlie:

Chiku faints while holding Garv. Koyal explains that despite not being a mother herself, she has raised all her children as her own and never felt like she was missing one. Manikant defends Koyal and asks Maina to stop accusing her. Dhara offers to call Koyal for help, but Drishti panics and tells her not to involve anyone else. Instead, Dhara suggests taking Drishti to the doctor, but Drishti becomes upset and pushes her out of the room. Feeling unwell, Drishti hesitates to seek medical attention. Koyal soothes Garv and reminds him that Manikant is already feeling guilty for his actions.

However, Garv becomes angry with Koyal for keeping secrets from him. Megha points out that Garv has every right to be upset with everyone involved in the situation. Attempting to quiet Megha, Titlie finds support from Garv instead. He asks Titlie if she knew about Chiku’s true identity and becomes hysterical when he discovers she had been hiding the truth from him, blaming her for causing his emotional turmoil.
