Bhagya Lakshmi 24th October 2023 Written Update Bad News. As Shalu stands up from her seat, she catches a glimpse of the nurse exiting the operating theater. She quickly approaches the nurse to inquire about Lakshmi and Rishi’s condition. The nurse nods with a reassuring smile, confirming that they are both out of danger. This brings a smile to Shalu’s face, but then she realizes that it is only wishful thinking when Virendra and Bani bring her back to reality. Despite their efforts to console her and urge her not to lose hope, Shalu remains doubtful. Finally, the operating doctor appears and Neelam asks for an update on Rishi’s well-being, but the doctor hesitates as Rishi’s condition is still critical. In the meantime, Virendra starts to suspect that something might be amiss with Lakshmi’s condition since the doctor seems unwilling to disclose all information about her.
As Lakshmi’s body is carried away on a stretcher, Neelam’s expression remains unbothered. However, her concern grows when she sees Rishi, barely conscious. Once the bodies are moved to another room, Neelam blames Lakshmi for causing harm to Rishi which angers Shalu. She defends her sister and forbids Neelam from labeling Lakshmi as a bad omen since she has always been the one to save Rishi’s life. Virendra intervenes and silences them both, reminding them that they are in a hospital. Meanwhile, Kiran contacts Karishma who informs her that both Rishi and Lakshmi are alive. This news shocks Malishka, knowing that she has tried to kill them. The fear of her secret being revealed still looms over her head.
As Karishma criticizes Shalu for talking to Neelam in a certain manner, the head nurse emerges with a list of medications needed for Rishi. Karishma requests her to get them, assuring that they will cover the cost. Meanwhile, Neelam pleads to be allowed to visit Rishi. The head nurse declines, but Neelam defiantly enters and sits by Rishi’s side. Outside, Harleen persuades the head nurse to allow the mother to see her son, believing that her love could have a positive impact on his health. At the same time, Virendra visits the doctor who is tending to Lakshmi and questions if they are withholding any information about her condition. The doctor responds that they must await test results as Lakshmi has suffered severe injuries to her head ligaments.
