Bhagya Lakshmi 30th October 2023 Written Update Rishi catches Malishka. The manager urges Virender not to involve the police in Lakshmi’s sudden disappearance, concerned about their hospital’s reputation. However, Virender becomes angry at the manager for prioritizing the hospital’s image over finding his daughter. Seeing the fire in Virender’s eyes, the manager promises to do everything possible to locate Lakshmi and agrees to call the authorities if necessary. Relieved by this assurance, Virender wonders how skillful the kidnapper must have been to execute their plan so quickly. With a final plea for them to do their best, Virender exits the room and Rishi overhears him scolding the staff. Suspecting foul play, Rishi decides to take matters into his own hands and search for Lakshmi himself.
Rishi eavesdrops on Virender’s heated conversation with the hospital manager before Virender storms out of the room. Trying to avoid running into him, Rishi retreats to a corner and ponders over the kidnapping of Lakshmi. He worries about her well-being and decides to take matters into his own hands. Meanwhile, Malishka is concerned about Lakshmi’s involvement with the police and urgently contacts Sonal for an update. After receiving confirmation that Sonal has successfully kidnapped Lakshmi, Malishka praises her manipulative tactics. However, Sonal urges her to come quickly as she fears possible consequences.
Karishma updates Malishka on Rishi’s awakening as Malishka strategizes to be the first one by his side. She rushes to the hospital and embraces Rishi with joy, but he pushes her away and voices his worries about Lakshmi. As Virender exits the room, Rishi bursts in and grabs the manager by his collar, demanding answers about their alleged illegal activities. The manager vehemently denies any wrongdoing and apologizes for the accusation. Just then, a senior doctor joins them and questions the veracity of Lakshmi’s claims. The manager confirms her statement and is urged to locate Lakshmi immediately. Meanwhile, Ayush and Bani arrive at the hospital and wonder why Lakshmi would leave without informing anyone. Ayush asks Shalu if she thinks Lakshmi has been kidnapped since she always looks out for Rishi before leaving, causing Shalu to become concerned.
Malishka watches over Lakshmi, wondering about her sudden disappearance and admiring her impressive magical abilities. She bumps into Rishi, who is frantically searching for Lakshmi in the hospital hallways. Concerned and relieved to see him, Malishka embraces Rishi and expresses her worry for both him and Lakshmi. Rishi informs her of Lakshmi’s disappearance, prompting Malishka to mention that she is aware but unsure of where she may have gone. Despite pretending to comfort Rishi, Malishka assures him that Lakshmi is capable of handling the situation. As Rishi leaves, he asks her to inform him if she discovers any clues about Lakshmi’s whereabouts.
Neelam condemns Lakshmi for controlling Rishi’s life and neglecting his well-being while solely worrying about her. Harleen steps in, urging Neelam to refrain from berating Lakshmi as she is not the antagonist in this situation. Meanwhile, Sonal contacts Malishka to inform her that Lakshmi has not yet arrived at the police station. As Malishka takes the call in a storeroom, she hears a noise and becomes suspicious that Lakshmi may be present there. In another location, Virender and Rishi consider calling the police but Virender advises Rishi to relax as he is still recovering from stress. Just then, Neelam arrives and scolds Rishi for constantly chasing after Lakshmi. Malishka decides to enter the storeroom but runs into a ward boy who informs her that he has already checked and found no sign of Lakshmi inside.

Taking advantage of the situation, Malishka enters the store room, determined to end Lakshmi’s life if she happens to find her there. Meanwhile, Rishi meets with Ayush and Shalu who inquire about his health and he questions them for any leads regarding Lakshmi’s disappearance. Just then, Rano joins them anxiously asking about the matter and they urge her to remain optimistic. In another location, Malishka rummages through the items in the staff room, searching for Lakshmi. Suddenly, she spots Lakshmi lying helpless on the floor. Realizing that this is her best chance to seek revenge without any interruptions, Malishka prepares to end this dark chapter of her life once and for all.
Rishi can feel Lakshmi’s presence at the hospital and makes a beeline for her once more. As he traverses the hallways, calling out her name, his attention is drawn to the store room and he heads inside to investigate. Meanwhile, Malishka resorts to wearing gloves as a means of evading punishment and proceeds to strangle Lakshmi. Neelam, on the other hand, persists in scolding Lakshmi for bringing misfortune upon their family as Rishi arrives at the store room.
