Bhagya Lakshmi 17th November 2023 Written Update Lakshmi’s illness. Rishi inquires from Lakshmi about her actions. Neelam expresses concern that she could harm others this way. Karishma questions why she is yelling and physically attacking everyone. Lakshmi strikes Ayush and Rishi, while Virender pleads for her to stop. Overwhelmed, Lakshmi begins to cry. Observing this, Malishka wonders if something has happened to her. Neelam cautions Rishi not to approach Lakshmi, and he asks her to pass a particular item. Karishma wonders if this is truly Lakshmi’s true nature. Dadi suggests it may be a side effect of medication. Suspicious of Lakshmi’s behavior, Malishka considers the possibility of it being an act or ploy to deceive her. She attempts to take a frame from Lakshmi’s hand, warning that someone could get hurt.

As she grabs the frame, Lakshmi falls onto Rishi. Malishka questions Lakshmi’s sanity for hitting Rishi. Lakshmi, in turn, reminds that Malishka attempted to harm them. Abhay assures Sonal that Malishka is not thinking clearly. Sonal asks if she should leave now. Abhay suggests he will handle the situation and is willing to disgrace the Oberoi family if necessary. He requests Sonal to stay with Kiran instead. Malishka denies ever hitting anyone and wonders why they would accuse her of such an act. However, Lakshmi insists that she did hit Rishi just moments ago. Malishka then blames Lakshmi for causing injury to her hand and shows a bruise. Lakshmi apologizes by using her bridal dupatta to bandage his hand, expressing sorrowful emotions. Rishi reassures her that he is unharmed. Lakshmi continues to apologize and sheds tears, while Rishi looks upon her affectionately.

Sonia requests Rishi to accompany Lakshmi to a mental healthcare facility. Lakshmi expresses fear, but Rishi assures her of his support and takes her to the hospital. Despite her apprehensions, Lakshmi enters the doctor’s cabin with Rishi by her side. Rishi shares all relevant information with the doctor, who reveals that certain sections of Lakshmi’s brain have suffered oxygen deprivation. Meanwhile, Shalu confides in Ayush about her concerns for Lakshmi’s well-being. The doctor then informs Rishi that Lakshmi’s mental state is unstable and has regressed to that of a six-year-old child.

To Rishi’s surprise, Abhay informs him over the phone that he plans to visit. Yet, Malishka intervenes and prevents Abhay’s arrival. She updates Rishi on the recent events and expresses her belief that she can win him over. Meanwhile, Bani rushes to Shalu and Ayush in tears, revealing that Lakshmi has lost her mental balance. Just then, Rishi appears and reprimands Bani for labeling her sister in such a way. Overwhelmed with emotions, Bani implores Rishi to handle the situation while he reassures her of his constant care for Lakshmi.

Sonia speaks ill of Lakshmi when Virendra and Harleen reprimand her. Meanwhile, Rishi contacts Virendra to share the information given by the doctor. Virendra is taken aback while others inquire about Lakshmi’s well-being. He informs them that her mental state is unstable, bringing joy to Malishka upon hearing the news. Over at another place, Bani and Ayush attempt to communicate with Lakshmi, but she fails to recognize them. Sonia reveals that Lakshmi is mentally disturbed as the doctor informs Rishi about starting her treatment. Rishi asks about its success rate and the doctor mentions using electric shock therapy with hopes of determining its effectiveness afterwards. The doctor asks Rishi to decide if he wants to go ahead with the treatment. Rishi falls into a big dilemma, while Ayush, Shalu, and Bani get worried for Lakshmi.
