Shaurya then confronts Palki and expresses his concern about her choice of partner, citing Rajveer’s involvement in drug dealing. Despite Palki and Rakhi’s defense of Rajveer, the situation escalates when the police arrive and search the house. To their shock, they find drugs hidden in Rajveer’s kurta pocket and promptly arrest him. In a twist of events, Preeta questions the validity of the arrest and reveals that it was all just a figment of Shaurya’s imagination.
In Karan’s room, he notices two shagun plates and reminisces about Preeta. Gazing at the moon, his thoughts drift to her. Meanwhile, Preeta is busy arranging a shagun plate for Palki and Shanaya. As she admires the moon, she can’t help but wonder why her mind always wanders to Karan. Rajveer decides to reveal his true identity as a Luthra and sets out towards Palki’s house. Upon seeing him, Palki is taken aback. Rajveer admits that he confessed his love for her while under the influence of alcohol. He even gets down on one knee and proclaims that it was love at first sight for him.
Rajveer tries to leave Palki’s room. The window gets jammed. He tries to open it and asks why the door got jammed. Palki says that she doesn’t know it either. She asks him to try. Shanaya comes there in a sleepy state and doesn’t notice Rajveer. She asks who has been knocking on the door for a long time. Mohit asks Preeta where she wants to go. She says that she wants to go to Luthra’s house and meet Shaurya because she feels motherly love for Shaurya. She admits that she feels Shaurya is her son. Gurpreet overhears this and is shocked. Rajveer apologizes to Palki for not bringing the ring. With a heavy heart, she questions if he forgot to bring it. He reassures her that he will find a solution and proceeds to fashion a makeshift plastic ring onto her finger. Tentatively, he asks if she will marry him. As they contemplate their future, a knock on the door startles them. Desperate to escape, they attempt to open the window but are unsuccessful. In comes Shanaya, who opens the door, followed by Daljeet barging into the room. Rajveer quickly hides while Nidhi, who is unable to sleep due to fear, voices her concerns about losing everything if Preeta returns to the Luthra house.
She emphasizes her dream of marrying Karan and enlists Mohit’s help in arranging mineral water bottles for her plan. Meanwhile, Preeta inquires about Rajveer’s whereabouts from Mohit and he falsely claims that he went for a walk. Reassured, she tasks him with completing her preparations and reminds him to arrange mineral water bottles as well. Daljeet offers Shanaya a face pack, while Rajveer discreetly slips into the washroom. Palki notices and Daljeet kindly gives her a facepack too before leaving. As Shanaya moves towards the washroom, Palki stops her and insists on going first. Shanaya rushes into the washroom.
Meanwhile, Karan wakes Rishabh up and seeks his advice. Mahesh enters the room with a pillow and Rishabh asks if Rakhi kicked him out of their room. Mahesh assures Karan that he will give him helpful advice, to which Karan sarcastically responds. Mahesh explains that Rakhi is excited about Shaurya’s roka and he couldn’t sleep, so he left to give her some space. However, Karan accuses Mahesh of lying and suggests that Rakhi must have thrown him out for disturbing her. Annoyed by Karan’s accusations, Mahesh asks what kind of advice he needs. Karan mentions his desire to locate Preeta, but Rishabh reminds him of his previous animosity towards her. Despite this, Karan insists on informing Preeta about Shaurya’s roka.

Rishabh assures him that Preeta will be in attendance at the event. Meanwhile, Preeta confides in Mohit about her plan to visit the Luthra house after Rajveer’s roka. She explains that she feels a maternal connection towards Shaurya and wants to see him on his special day. However, both Gurpreet and Mohit advise her against it. Ignoring their advice, Preeta remains steadfast in her decision and departs from the conversation. Rajveer avoids Shanaya while Palki instructs her to answer the door. Upon opening it, Shanaya inquires about the urgency. Without hesitation, Palki pulls her into the washroom and urges Rajveer to leave during their conversation. Later, as she converses with Shanaya outside, Rajveer makes his escape. Finally, Palki relaxes and collapses onto the bed, noticing the ring that reminds her of Rajveer’s proposal and elicits a smile from her.
