Jhanak 1st December 2023 Written Update Jhanak’s breakdown. Jhanak can hardly bear the news of Urvashi’s suicide, which was a result of her depression and the insulting remarks she faced. Grief-stricken, Jhanak sobs as she sees her mother’s lifeless body. She desperately pleads with the doctor to bring her back to life. Anirudh, understanding the gravity of the situation, stands by her side and urges her to stay composed. However, overcome with emotion, Jhanak cannot control herself and expresses her anguish over her mother’s death by crying and hitting the body. Meanwhile, Bharat and his family are alarmed when they hear about Urvashi’s death and worry about the possibility of a police case.
Bharat takes charge and quickly comes up with a plan – he suggests that Tejas marry Jhanak immediately in order to handle the situation. Despite their fears of legal repercussions, Bharat believes that Tejas is capable of handling it all. He calls Tejas and explains everything that has happened. In Kolkata, Arshi longs for Anirudh’s presence but is unable to reach him for a conversation. Upon seeing the police, the neighbours become arrogant and demand that the case be thoroughly investigated. To complicate matters, Tejas appears and manipulates the officer. Surprised by Anirudh’s presence, he questions why he is there for a raid. In response, Tejas threatens Anirudh to leave immediately.
Jhanak’s anger towards Tejas, one of the causes of her mother’s death, rises as she cannot hold back her accusations. However, Tejas shrugs off her words and urges the officer to hurry with their investigation. Jhanak becomes alarmed as she overhears Tejas’ plan to send her to a shelter home, worrying about what will happen to her there. As they arrive at the crematorium, she breaks down in tears at the thought of being separated from her mother. Later on, Tejas informs Bharat that Anirudh is standing by Jhanak’s side and even invites him to their upcoming wedding tonight. Anirudh discovers the true nature of Tejas, a wicked man. He is determined to keep Jhanak out of Tejas’ reach. Anirudh is urged to bring Jhanak to Kolkata for her own safety. Eventually, Jhanak performs Urvashi’s final rites and breaks down.
