Anupama 3rd December 2023 Written Update Shocking. Hasmukh inquires about Vanraj’s whereabouts, but Leela informs him that Vanraj is out for work. After Hasmukh takes his medication, he asks Leela to call Vanraj again, even though she had just given him the same answer. Leela becomes aware of Hasmukh’s deteriorating condition and suggests they visit the doctor. This surprises Hasmukh who insists that he is perfectly capable of taking care of others, causing Leela to become uneasy. She becomes increasingly upset when Hasmukh mentions that she should confirm his absence once he forgets her and cannot remember her identity. In an attempt to calm her down, Hasmukh places a flower behind Leela’s ear, but she reminds herself to discuss this with Anupama at a later time.
In the meantime, Anupama and Dimpy pay a visit to their doctor who advises Dimpy to maintain a healthy weight during her pregnancy. It is important for her well-being in the upcoming stages of pregnancy. As the doctor suggests this, Dimpy takes a moment to reflect on her family matters while Anupama reassures the doctor that she will take care of it. As Pakhi confirms her appointment with the doctor, Adhik enters the room, his face contorted in bitterness. She urges him to ask her what she wants, but he responds with a wish that she could never have children. He admits that he used to consider himself a terrible person, but after seeing how Pakhi spoke to Anu, he believes that people like them are not fit to be parents.
Pakhi’s tears start to fall as she pleads for Adhik to never utter such hurtful words again. Adhik instantly regrets causing Pakhi pain and quickly apologizes. Meanwhile, Anupama and Dimpy exit the hospital and spot Vanraj standing by his car. Taking advantage of the opportunity, Anupama asks Dimpy to share her food cravings with her. As Vanraj peruses the reports from Anupama, she informs him about the prescribed medication. Meanwhile, she asks Dimpy to choose her preferred food. Vanraj reminds Anupama that a maid is available to take care of such matters, and reassures her that Leela and Hasmukh will not be bothered with it. However, when Anupama expresses concern that her in-laws may have reservations about the maid’s cooking, Vanraj dismisses her worries, saying they should not trouble her for everything.

Abruptly, he tells Anupama to reduce her visits to the Shah house in the future. Feeling frustrated by his unexpected demand, Anupama returns home alone. Meanwhile, Kavya confronts Vanraj for not accompanying her to the clinic and expresses feeling hurt by his absence. Later on, Pakhi arrives and embraces Anupama who then shares the news of possibly becoming a mother through IVF treatment. Overwhelmed with emotion, Anupama prays for Pakhi and Adhik’s successful journey into parenthood in front of their deity. However, Pakhi suspects that Anupama may not be genuinely happy for her which greatly upsets Anupama.
