Kumkum Bhagya 5th December 2023 Written Update RV’s past. Diya inquires who Purvi caught a glimpse of. The latter responds by mentioning Rajvansh’s name, as she had been speaking about him earlier. Diya is overjoyed upon hearing this. Prachi joins them and questions Diya’s cheerful expression. Diya brushes it off, asking if there is something on Prachi’s mind. Prachi denies having any wishes and expresses her desire to spend time with Ranbir and Purvi if he were present. Meanwhile, Krishna gazes at the moon, wistfully thinking how he would have enjoyed the moment with Prachi by his side. Sadly, no one can answer his unspoken question – why couldn’t she love him back in the same way?
As Prachi gazes at the moon, she silently pleads with Ranbir not to be sad. She reassures him that she will always hold a place in his heart and promises not to leave. Suddenly, Rajvansh is jolted awake from a troubling nightmare. Overcome by fear, he cries out “No!” His family quickly rushes to his side, asking if he had the same dream again. Concerned, Harleen suggests calling for a doctor, but Dadaji intervenes. He implores Rajvansh to let go of his past, warning him that dwelling on it will only bring it into his present. With Dadaji’s wise words in mind, Rajvansh agrees to move on and embraces his family, assuring them that he will no longer be bound by his past.
After noticing Harleen’s inability to sleep, Rajvansh’s dad inquires about the cause. In response, Harleen requests that a doctor be called and mentions that Rajvansh’s condition should be brought to their attention. Rajvansh’s dad agrees to contact the doctor and urges Harleen not to disclose any information to the rest of the family, which she complies with. The following day, Bina and Ashutosh visit Prachi’s house, with the latter taking Purvi to scout out a luxury hotel for their first night as a married couple. Bina converses with Prachi about this arrangement. Rajvansh’s dad notices Rajvansh smiling and feels relieved.

He informs Rajvansh that his mother was concerned for him all night, to which Rajvansh assures him not to worry as long as he has his family by his side. Dadaji witnesses this touching moment and becomes emotional, expressing gratitude for being blessed with such a loving family. Later, when Harleen rejects Dadaji’s offer of samosas, he pretends to dislike them but secretly enjoys one after she leaves. Upon seeing this secretive treat, Yug warns Rajvansh’s dad and Rajvansh not to divulge this secret to Harleen.
Rajvansh’s dad summons Harleen while Dadaji tosses a box of Samosas to him, pretending that Rajvansh’s dad had thrown it to him. Upon noticing that Harleen has fallen for Dadaji’s deception, Rajvansh’s dad attempts to clarify the situation. Dadaji reprimands Rajvansh’s dad and urges Harleen to pardon him. Rajvansh’s dad remarks on Dadaji’s behavior.
