GHKKPM 19th December 2023 Written Update Ishaan’s surprise entry. Isha updates Shantanu on Ishaan’s current state, stating that he used to be happy, but now he is in pain because of her. She suggests that he should find happiness with Surekha. Despite Shantanu’s pleas for her to stay, she remains adamant. He requests for her understanding before making a decision and acknowledges that she is deeply hurt. He reminds her to be grateful to Savi for revealing the truth about Ishaan. He wants Ishaan to accept the truth and his mother, despite being overwhelmed with anger. However, he believes that Ishaan will realize her value once the storm settles. He encourages her to make amends and improve the situation. Eventually, he convinces her not to leave and informs her that someone else is taking care of Harini.
Harini expresses trust in Savi’s intentions and reveals how Surekha had wrongly accused Savi in front of Ishaan. She wishes to speak with him but Harini advises against it and urges her to give Ishaan some time. They hug emotionally while Yashwant and Nishikant attempt to fix the damage caused by Savi’s actions. Durva informs the family that viral videos are circulating, with people criticizing Surekha and supporting Isha and Ishaan. She places the blame on Savi for damaging their reputation. Yashwant becomes angry. Surekha becomes overwhelmed when Ishaan fails to come home, causing her to faint at the door. The family rushes to her aid. Surekha repeatedly asks Yashwant to call Ishaan and wait for his return. However, Nishikant reveals that Ishaan’s phone is turned off. Fearing that he may leave her, Surekha turns to Yashwant for assurance that he will come back.
Yashwant is overcome with emotion at the sight of Surekha’s fearful expression. He can see that she is in great emotional pain. All he wants is for Ishaan to return home. Nishikant switches on the news, where they learn about the family’s loss of reputation due to Savi’s actions. When Ishaan arrives home in tears, Surekha pleads with him to hear her out. In a fit of anger, he smashes the television set. Savi confides in Harini that she believes she has done nothing wrong and plans to apologize and explain the truth to Ishaan.
However, Ishaan takes Surekha outside and meets with reporters. He boldly declares that the accusations against his mother are true; his words are exactly what they were hoping to hear from him. But rather than condemning her, he fiercely defends Surekha, who raised him as her son. He expresses deep love and admiration for her, even after learning the truth about his birth. He credits her for making him a good person and successful man. Yashwant and Surekha are moved to tears by his words. After ensuring that Surekha had eaten and taken her medication, his wounds get seen by her. Surekha feels his pain and weeps. The family is relieved to see Ishaan siding with Surekha, rather than Isha.
