GHKKPM 21st December 2023 Written Update Truth hits Ishaan. Savi informs the receptionist of her intended 10-day leave and requests for it to be delivered to Ishaan. The receptionist agrees. Upon speaking with Shukla, Savi learns that Bhavani and Vinu have come to see Ishaan. Concerned about his potential reaction, Savi attempts to enter Ishaan’s office but is stopped by security. Despite this, she enters anyway. Ishaan dismisses the security and sarcastically commends Savi for her knack for meddling in others’ affairs despite his previous instructions not to do so. Savi curiously asks Vinu and Bhavani about their presence. Bhavani explains that they have come to invite Ishaan to an upcoming felicitation ceremony.
However, Ishaan disagrees and believes Savi does not deserve the recognition. He explains that achieving success before reaching a goal can also bring negative consequences, as it takes away the satisfaction of working towards it. Vinu questions why Ishaan thinks Savi is not worthy of felicitation and if something has happened. Just then, Savi interrupts and invites them to join her. But Bhavani stops her and informs Ishaan that they want to honor her for standing up against an abuser like Samrud and saving Durva’s life. She adds that they also want to extend the same recognition to Ishaan for his role in saving Ninad’s life. However, Ishaan declines as he is occupied with other commitments. Savi reassures them that there is no need to invite him as he does not value such recognition.
Reeva receives praise from the staff for her excellent room decor. Grateful for the recognition, she thanks the lecturer who commended her. As Ishaan enters the counseling room, Reeva seeks help from one of the lecturers to explain the purpose of the room to him before excusing herself. While there, Ishaan overhears a conversation among the lecturers about Reeva’s upcoming departure from college as she has secured a professorship at an American university. Meanwhile, Savi prepares to leave for Ramtech and her friend Vinu asks what happened between her and Ishaan. Savi explains that he is upset with her because she challenged his beliefs. Later, Savi locks up the room and departs.

Ishaan vents to Prateek on the phone about wanting to let go of Reeva, but she plans to quit on her own. Prateek recommends talking to Reeva directly. Reeva happens to overhear their conversation. Ishaan inquires with Reeva about when she intends to leave the college. Reeva reminds Ishaan of her stance during the interview and states that she has no intention of leaving. To Ishaan’s surprise, Shantanu appears at his house and asks for his thoughts on Isha. Ishaan also discovers from Shantanu that he shared Isha’s story with Savi, not Isha himself.
Upon arriving at Isha’s house, Savi implores her not to dismiss her. Isha inquires about Savi’s well-being. Relieved, Savi remarks that she is the first person to ask what’s been going on. Isha then expresses her belief that Savi had good intentions, but her actions were misguided. Meanwhile, Ishaan clarifies that he publicly acknowledged Surekha as his mother to reporters. Shantanu interjects, clarifying that he was asking about Isha, not Surekha. In response, Ishaan simply states that he doesn’t want to discuss it and exits the scene. As they observe this interaction, Surekha wonders why Ishaan struggles with admitting things in front of Shantanu. Later, Savi and Isha discuss the issue at hand and come to the conclusion that there is nothing wrong between them; rather, the root of their problem lies with Ishaan.
