Bhagya Lakshmi 27th December 2023 Written Update Lakshmi targeted. Rishi informs the doctor that he can remove Lakshmi from the premises if there are any concerns. The doctor agrees and Rishi expresses his gratitude before taking her away. Ayush inquires Shalu and Bani about their purpose for being there. Shalu explains that they want Rishi to take a doll to Lakshmi as a gift. Karishma joins the conversation and suggests giving the doll directly to Lakshmi at the mental asylum, warning them not to hope for her release. She then departs.
The doctor prevents Rishi from taking Lakshmi with him. She reminds Rishi that the doctor had done the same to her before. She explains how much the doctor has hurt her. Upon hearing this, Rishi warns the doctor that he will retaliate if he hurts Lakshmi again. However, the doctor breaks free from his hold and informs Rishi that Lakshmi will remain in the mental asylum. He has already reported to the police that she is not fit to leave. The police restrain Rishi while the hospital staff brings Lakshmi back inside.
The police attempt to remove Rishi from the situation, as he notices the doctor smirking at him. Rishi boldly declares that he will wipe that smug expression off the doctor’s face. In response, the doctor warns Rishi against trying to take Lakshmi away, threatening to send him to jail. The doctor then calls Malishka to inform her about Rishi’s presence and brags about teaching him a lesson before inquiring about his payment. Undeterred, Malishka promises to pay generously and urges the doctor to make sure Lakshmi becomes completely mentally unstable. Without hesitation, the doctor agrees to carry out this malicious plan.

Balwinder meets Rano and she asks why he is here. She tells him that Shalu caught a glimpse of him and suspected that they were together. Shalu even searched her room for money, but luckily Rano was prepared for it. Balwinder discovers that Lakshmi is still in the mental asylum. Rano chastises Balwinder, warning him that he could get her into trouble. Before Shalu and Bani arrive, Rano quickly sends Balwinder away. When Shalu and Bani question if someone is there, Rano reprimands them and instructs them to make food for her instead. Lakshmi pleads with the nurse to relocate her. In response, the nurse reprimands her before leading her to the doctor, who intends to provide treatment and discharge her. The doctor plans to induce madness in Lakshmi. Rishi arrives at home and contemplates Lakshmi while conversing with a doll. Neelam witnesses this and confronts Rishi for his constant preoccupation with Lakshmi.
