Bhagya Lakshmi 29th December 2023 Written Update Lakshmi’s dream. After administering medicine to Lakshmi, the nurse departs. She reflects on how she had once alleviated Rishi’s headache through massage. Curious about his current state, Lakshmi inquires about his well-being. Rishi responds that he feels as if he is floating on air. He encourages Lakshmi to experience the same sensation and proceeds to give her a massage. As she reminisces, Lakshmi longs for Rishi’s presence. Upon reaching Lakshmi, Rishi decides to teach the doctor a lesson. Seeing Rishi fatigued, Malishka offers to give him a massage and informs him that Lakshmi has gone to seek treatment at a mental asylum.

However, Rishi firmly believes that she will not receive proper care there. Curious, Malishka asks why he thinks so and Rishi shares how the doctor rejected his offer of Rs 100 crores and tore the cheque. Suspecting foul play, Rishi expresses his doubts about the doctor. Disagreeing with him, Malishka defends the doctor’s integrity. Undeterred, Rishi continues to criticize the doctor’s actions. Realizing his concerns, Malishka suggests that they should get Lakshmi out of the mental asylum if he truly believes she is not receiving proper treatment there.

Eager to help, Rishi asks for her assistance and Malishka agrees without hesitation. Bani and Shalu are both at a loss as they struggle to find a way to free Lakshmi from the mental asylum. Bani turns to Shalu and explains that Rishi and Ayush are the only ones who have the power to help Lakshmi in this situation. Meanwhile, Malishka advises Rishi to find a balance between his work and personal life. She reminds him of the importance of focusing on both his job and his family. However, Rishi reiterates that his main priority at the moment is Lakshmi.

This causes Malishka to become upset with Rishi and she storms off in frustration. The doctor contacts Malishka, who becomes hostile. The doctor advises her to be mindful of her tone and proceeds to mention Rishi. Malishka comments that she is already aware of Rishi’s refusal of Rs 100 crores. She also adds that he made the right decision because otherwise, he would not have been able to enjoy it. The doctor asks for clarification, and Malishka reminds him about his past actions where he paid off a family after causing someone’s death in his previous workplace.

She cautions the doctor against going against her, as it could result in him being imprisoned. Lakshmi fantasizes about Shalu, Bani, and Rishi spending time with her, but then she snaps out of her reverie and longs for their company. Meanwhile, Malishka contacts Balwinder via phone and questions why he hasn’t answered her calls. He responds by reminding her of his importance to her. However, Malishka warns him not to try to deceive her and points out that she has plenty of other options available to hire.
