Jhanak Upcoming Twists Wedding secret gets revealed. Jhanak falls sick after the drunken drama. She loses her senses while addressing the family and spilling the truth out. She says that she got married in Kashmir before Anirudh took her to Kolkata. Arshi and the entire family are shocked, while Anirudh is speechless. He is mentally prepared to face Arshi’s questions once Jhanak reveals his secret. Arshi doubts Jhanak and Anirudh. She wants to know who is Jhanak’s husband. She asks Jhanak and Anirudh to answer her. Anirudh asks Jhanak to tell everyone if she wants to.
