Anupama 2nd January 2024 Written Update Anupama’s joy. Yashpal’s mother is fond of the tea made by Anupama and believes it will bring fame to her son. She even suggests that Anupama be called Annapurna, and affectionately calls her Anu while giving her money. This gesture touches Anupama deeply. Yashpal then asks her to close up the restaurant for the night, leaving Anupama feeling grateful that she can make a living in America with her cooking and dancing skills. As she rejoices in her success, she also feels relieved knowing that she has escaped Yashpal’s wrath. She takes a moment to pray for her children, particularly her daughter Aadhya, whom she dreams about but struggles to understand their relationship.
Above all, Anupama wishes for her daughter’s well-being and happiness. Ansh inquires about Hasmukh’s whereabouts, and Leela informs him that he is attending a wedding. Ansh wonders why Leela didn’t go, to which she replies that she was occupied. As they converse, Dimple arrives with tea and accidentally trips. Leela asks Dimple what she’s thinking about, and mentions that Ansh will be accompanying her to another city. Dimple expresses concern about Ansh missing school, but Leela and Vanraj insist on taking him along. Meanwhile, Pakhi returns with her daughter Ishani, and Dimple bonds with the little one.
During their interaction, Pakhi reveals her ongoing divorce with Adhik and requests Dimple to bring her coffee as she has work to do. Leela asks Vanraj if they should inform Pakhi about Anupama being away in America, but he advises against discussing it. As Aadhya glances at Shruti’s laptop, she sees Anupama’s picture. While Shruti is talking about Joshiben, Aadhya is reminded of the past with Anupama. Ready to show Anupama’s picture to Anuj, Shruti is interrupted by Aadhya who quickly hides and deletes the pictures. She doesn’t want Anuj and Anupama to cross paths.
Meanwhile, Kavya returns home and supports Dimple in the face of Pakhi’s disrespect. Pakhi then takes a dig at Dimple for being like a second Anupama. Leela reminds everyone not to mention Anupama’s name as it may anger Vanraj. Anupama informs Vikram about the tea moment with Yashpal’s mother. In turn, Vikram reveals that Yashpal has been through a heart-wrenching experience that has taken away his laughter.
As Anupama recalls her heartbreaking past with Anuj, she is introduced to Shruti. The two women quickly form a bond and begin discussing Aadhya, indirectly bringing up Anuj once again. Shruti then discloses to Anupama her connection with Aadhya, triggering memories of the young girl for Anupama as well. Curious about Shruti’s plans, Anupama asks when she plans on getting married to which Shruti responds with a simple, “soon.”
