Two nurses discuss the incident, with one acknowledging Lakshmi’s bravery in standing up for herself against the mentally ill patient. Sonal approaches Malishka and expresses concern about the seriousness of her involvement in the situation. She warns that if Malishka is caught, she could face serious consequences. Assuring Sonal that she has no part in this, Malishka clarifies that it is Balwinder who is selling Lakshmi to Wilson, not her. The doctor inquires if there could be legal repercussions if anyone involved is caught. Balwinder reassures the doctor, telling him to be as bold as he is.
Later on, Balwinder taunts Rishi and requests the doctor to direct him to where Lakshmi is located. The doctor agrees. Sonal expresses concern to Malishka that she may be at risk of being caught. In response, Malishka urges Sonal to remain calm, assuring her that she has left no incriminating evidence linking her to Balwinder. She confidently adds that Lakshmi will be permanently out of their lives today and not even Rishi can intervene. Meanwhile, Ayush arrives at the mental asylum and engages in an argument with the security guard. Malishka notices this and shares her worries with Sonal that Ayush may come looking for Lakshmi.
Ayush himself declares that if he does not find Lakshmi safe and sound, he may cause trouble. Recognizing this potential threat, Malishka agrees and decides to go to the mental asylum to dispel any suspicions Ayush may have by showing him Lakshmi in good health. Malishka contacts the doctor and informs them that Ayush has arrived at the mental asylum. She explains that there has been a change in their plans and asks for permission to visit Lakshmi with Ayush. Additionally, she requests that Balwinder does not cross paths with Ayush. After consultation with the doctor, Malishka is approved to meet Lakshmi.
When she approaches Ayush, she inquires about his presence at the asylum. To her surprise, he reveals that he too had come to see Lakshmi. Amazed, Ayush comments on their coincidence. Malishka then instructs the security guard to grant them access to Lakshmi’s room after receiving clearance from the doctor. The security guard permits them to proceed after consultation with the doctor. The doctor sets a condition for Malishka and Ayush to see Lakshmi with the instruction not to speak to her. Ayush agrees, but upon seeing Lakshmi talking to the nurse, he is relieved. In an attempt to put Ayush at ease, the nurse pretends to converse with Lakshmi affectionately. Meanwhile, Malishka watches over Lakshmi.
Neelam and Karishma express their concern for Rishi as they have been unable to reach him since yesterday. Neelam suggests that if Rishi did not attend his meeting or send the message, he may be in trouble. Overhearing their conversation, Malishka considers that someone may have manipulated Rishi’s actions. Concerned, Neelam decides to contact the commissioner. Malishka halts Neelam and reassures both her and Karishma that Rishi will come back home, as he had promised in his message. Curious, Neelam inquires how Malishka knows about the message. In response, Malishka reveals that she overheard their conversation. Karishma seconds Neelam’s thoughts and suggests waiting for Rishi to return. Neelam concurs with this idea. Suddenly, Rishi wakes up and calls the press to announce that he has breaking news for them.
