Ashutosh blames Purvi for eyeing the rich RV only for the sake of her greed. Prachi is upset with Susheela’s words and asks her if she wants to discuss RV. She assures Susheela that while she may not know RV well, she knows he is a kind and generous person who has helped Purvi in the past.
Prachi recalls the day of Purvi’s engagement when Jasbeer had tried to forcefully marry her, but it was RV, not Ashutosh, who risked his life to save her. She also reminds Bina that they were the ones who insisted on keeping the engagement despite calling off the wedding during dinner at their house. Prachi reminds the Ashutosh family of their past cowardice when Jasbeer attempted to forcefully marry Purvi. She emphasizes that it was RV who ultimately saved Purvi. Bina notes Prachi’s newfound admiration for RV. Khushi expresses disappointment in the lack of understanding from the Ashutosh family and decides to call off the wedding, asking Bina to leave. She asserts that they do not want Purvi to marry someone like Ashutosh and instructs his family to leave. Bina attempts to act violently towards Khushi but is stopped by Prachi.
The rest of Prachi’s family joins her in removing the Ashutosh family from the banquet hall. Ashutosh angrily tells Purvi that she will face consequences for this. Jasbeer’s uncle arrives at the police station and inquires with the inspector about the person who has filed a case against Jasbeer and the nature of the charges. The inspector reveals that RV has filed the case, citing molestation as the charge against Jasbeer. Prachi notices Purvi looking upset and asks her why. Purvi blames herself for being talked about negatively and linked with RV. Prachi consoles her, reminding her not to pay attention to others’ words as they know RV’s true character.
Khushi then asks Prachi about RV’s involvement with Purvi. In the meantime, RV appears and spots Purvi in the company of her family, but he fails to see Khushi. Eventually, he departs from there. Khushi informs Purvi that RV may have strong feelings for her, which is why he is going out of his way for her. She suggests to their family that they consider RV and Purvi for marriage. While everyone else agrees, Prachi expresses her disagreement by reminding them of the previous gossip surrounding the Ashutosh family’s interest in RV. She believes it would only add fuel to the fire if Purvi is now matched with RV.
Jasbeer’s uncle visits him and inquires about his current situation. Jasbeer reveals his love for a woman named Purvi and his desire to be with her at any cost. In response, Jasbeer’s Chacha advises him to stay in jail for a few days while he takes care of RV, and then goes to ask for Purvi’s hand on Jasbeer’s behalf. Assuring Jasbeer of his victory over Purvi, Chacha gives him a promise of being gifted with her hand in marriage.
This news fills Jasbeer with joy and excitement. As RV arrives home, Dadaji notices his troubled expression and inquires about what happened to him. Yug then shares with Dadaji the joyful news of Purvi’s cancelled marriage. Dadaji, along with Dadi and RV’s father, joins in a dance to celebrate. Khushi notices Purvi’s sadness and asks her about it. Reminded of the recent events, Purvi hesitates to reveal her true feelings when questioned by Khushi if she has feelings for RV.
