Bhagya Lakshmi 4th January 2024 Written Update Rishi fights. The nurse informs Lakshmi that she may see Rishi. She inquires the doctor about visiting him immediately. Assured by the nurse, Lakshmi nods in agreement before she departs. Sonal contacts Malishka, who shares that Neelam and Karishma thought Rishi had been kidnapped. They almost alerted the commissioner, but Malishka stopped them with difficulty. Sonal is relieved by this news and asks if Malishka is heading home. However, Malishka refuses to go back until Balwinder confirms the task’s completion. Sonal agrees with her decision. Meanwhile, Malishka realizes she should inform Neelam and Karishma about her plan and believes they will praise her.
Additionally, Ayush doubts the previous night’s message was truly from Rishi and suspects he may be in trouble. Rishi contacts the news reporter with a breaking story. The reporter expresses gratitude. Ayush encounters Shalu and Bani, and asks for an update. Bani recommends that Ayush reach out to Rishi again. And so he does, only to find out that Rishi is doing fine. Ayush inquires about the message received from Rishi last night, but Rishi denies sending any. Rishi’s phone unexpectedly shuts off. Now, Ayush, Shalu, and Bani ponder who they should assist – Rishi or Lakshmi – and who could be in trouble.
As it turns out, Balwinder surprises Lakshmi by appearing in a mental asylum. And so Lakshmi urges Wilson to capture Balwinder, who both laugh at her expense. Rishi attempts to escape the warehouse by forcefully breaking down the door. Upon regaining consciousness, he overhears Balwinder’s conversation with Wilson on the phone. Growing impatient, Neelam decides to contact the commissioner instead of waiting for Rishi’s call. Malishka joins Karishma and Neelam, suggesting that Rishi may have gone to rescue Lakshmi. Meanwhile, Harleen reveals that Ayush had deceived them about Rishi’s meeting with foreign clients. Neelam worries about Rishi potentially hearing this news.
Shalu inquires about the contents of Ayush’s injection, who claims it contains a truth serum that will reveal everything upon being administered to someone. Lakshmi requests the doctor’s help in apprehending Balwinder, whom she believes to be a troublemaker. The doctor offers his opinion on the matter. Lakshmi holds a negative view of humanity, believing everyone to be bad. Unfortunately, her fears are proven right when Balwinder catches hold of her. Fortunately, Rishi arrives and strikes Balwinder.
Wilson inquires about Rishi’s identity, to which he responds as being Lakshmi’s significant other. In retaliation, Rishi approaches Wilson with intent to harm him, but Wilson pulls out a gun to defend himself. A physical altercation ensues between Rishi and Wilson. In an act of chivalry, Rishi urges Lakshmi to flee while he handles the situation. Taking advantage of the chaos, Lakshmi makes a quick escape while Ayush appears and administers truth serum to Balwinder. Intent on saving Lakshmi from danger, the doctor takes her hostage.
