Kumkum Bhagya 6th January 2024 Written Update Prachi’s worry. RV suggests to Purvi that they should leave the area quickly. He then inquires why she is crying, to which Purvi responds that she is relieved he is safe. Eventually, the RV guides Purvi away from the location. Meanwhile, Dadaji, Yug, and Hermal come across a news report stating that RV and Purvi are trapped in a riot. Hermal urges Yug to switch off the television to avoid alarming their family members. Harleen asks Dadaji, Hermal, and Yug what they are hiding, before spotting the same news bulletin about RV and Purvi being caught up in the chaos. Concerned for RV’s well-being, Harleen becomes anxious. To stay safe for the night until things settle down outside, RV and Purvi seek refuge in an old bungalow.

Upon realizing that her loved ones must be worried sick about her whereabouts, Purvi expresses her concerns to RV. He reassures her that he will use his phone to inform their families of their safety. However, upon checking his phone, RV discovers it has been damaged during the commotion and shares this with Purvi. Upon discovering that Purvi has not yet returned home, Prachi becomes worried. Together, Manpreet and Prachi attempt to reach out to Purvi, but she does not answer her phone. Meanwhile, the rioters arrive at the old bungalow where RV and Purvi are hiding.

Despite their efforts, the rioters are unable to locate them. Frustrated by continuous phone calls, one of the rioters throws away his device before fleeing upon hearing police sirens. RV and Purvi come across a phone and decide to use it to call their family. While Prachi plans to go search for Purvi, Ashok intervenes and advises her against it due to the ongoing riots outside. Similarly, Dadaji prevents Harleen from leaving for the same reason. Purvi contacts her family to reassure them of her safety. Prachi inquires about her whereabouts, and RV explains that she is with him and promises to bring her home once the situation settles.

Prachi agrees, while RV later updates his family through a call that they are currently taking shelter in an old bungalow. He mentions that he cannot leave at the moment but will return when it is safe. However, their conversation gets cut off mid-way. Harleen assumes that RV is accompanied by others. Meanwhile, Purvi notices that RV has sustained injuries and uses her dupatta to bandage him up. She also notices his fever and suggests bringing it down. Curious about her concern for him, RV questions why she cares so much for him, to which Purvi responds by asking why he always comes to save her. RV simply shrugs it off, stating that he doesn’t know the reason behind it, and eventually falls asleep on Purvi’s shoulder. The following day, RV drops Purvi off at her residence. Prachi instructs her to go and freshen up. Ashutosh inquires about Purvi’s evening.
