YRKKH 7th January 2024 Written Update Abhira’s Goenka connect. Ruhi is reminded of Rohit when she encounters a few rude ladies in the market who mock her for being dressed up despite Rohit’s absence. They insinuate that Ruhi is responsible for Rohit’s passing. Overcome with emotion, Ruhi bumps into Armaan while making her way through the crowd. Meanwhile, Krish also runs into Sanjay, who questions if Krish was born solely to do household tasks. Krish clarifies that his actions are in honor of Rohit, but Sanjay retorts that Kaveri alone should suffice as an illusion and urges Krish to snap out of it. He then suggests that Krish take over Rohit’s role, but Krish wants to carve his path instead.
Sanjayv belittles Krish, but Kajal steps in to defend him. Despite this, Sanjay insists that Krish begin coming to the office. Armaan stands for Ruhi in front of the ladies, but Manisha quickly interrupts to remind him that they are all friends of Kaveri. Despite this, Armaan maintains his stance and tells them they have no right to taunt Ruhi. As the Poddar family prepares for a veneration, Kaveri is unsure who should sit in the ceremony. When Armaan, Ruhi, and Manisha return, Abhira is curious about Ruhi’s health. She asks Armaan if he took her to the doctor and then shopping.
Irritated, Armaan responds by asking Abhira if she will continue asking questions. In the end, Kaveri decides that Abhira and Armaan will sit for the veneration. Confused about why they were chosen, both Abhira and Armaan wonder aloud why Kaveri picked them instead of someone else. As Abhira struggles to put on a saree, Armaan helps her out. Meanwhile, Ruhi feels isolated in the house and begins to cry. Manish recollects his loved ones – Akshara, Aarohi, and Ruhi – while experiencing a mild heart attack. Swarna and Surekha rapidly contact the doctor as Ruhi’s phone rings. Upon hearing Armaan’s concern about being punctual due to Abhira, she decides to answer the call.
Little did they know, it was news regarding Manish’s health. Abhira immediately requests Armaan to take her to see Manish, causing the Poddars to wait in anticipation. However, Krish notices their absence and wonders what could be more significant than showing devotion to their family. The Poddars begin accusing Abhira but she rushes off to meet her father, despite Swarna’s attempts at stopping her. Seeing her determination, Armaan intervenes and convinces Swarna to let Abhira see Manish, who then expresses that he considers her as his daughter. Manish instructs Abhira and Armaan to keep his health status confidential from Ruhi. After returning home, the two are prohibited by Kaveri from occupying the revered area. Despite Armaan’s attempts to clarify, Kaveri remains adamant in her refusal to listen.
