Jhanak 9th January 2024 Written Update Tejas threatens Jhanak. Jhanak is brought into the hall where the marriage ceremony is taking place. She is urged to call her husband, but she hesitates, unsure of who to call. They remind her to hurry before the auspicious time passes. Under constant questioning from Arshi and Bipasha, Jhanak begins to feel insulted. Suddenly, her phone rings. She announces that her husband is on the line. Her tension increases upon hearing Anirudh’s voice. The elders eagerly want to see Jhanak’s husband and connect his device to the television. However, Anirudh refuses to show his face and assures them that he won’t do so in the future either.
Once more, the Pandit begins his chant. Anirudh too recites the same mantra into the device. However, Jhanak senses something amiss. At Appu’s urging, Anirudh agrees to take Jhanak away with him. He assures them that he cannot continue to keep Jhanak by his side. Tejas learns that Jhanak is staying in Anirudh’s house. He makes a call to her by getting the contact number and starts blackmailing her about her marriage with Anirudh. Tejas freaks her out and threatens her that he will reveal the marriage truth to Anirudh and Arshi’s families by sending the marriage photos.
He will also ask her to return to Kashmir if she wants to save herself. He tells her that she has to come back and marry him. She refuses to marry Tejas. He asks her to decide because he can do anything to win her, and it’s now his pride to win her. Jhanak worriedly informs Anirudh about Tejas’ call and tells him that Tejas has threatened to send their marriage photos home. Anirudh is confused about the situation. He isn’t able to decide if he should send Jhanak to Arshi’s house or not. He wants to save Jhanak from Tejas.

Arshi inquires why the unnamed husband of Jhanak did not take her along. He explains his predicament, ensuring that he will bring Jhanak with him eventually. Shrishti wonders if he is called Rahul, but he refutes it. Anirudh pledges to take care of Jhanak and shoulder the responsibility himself. Shrishti proposes that Jhanak and her spouse should inform Tejas about their marriage for him to be aware of their current situation. However, Anirudh clarifies that Tejas would harm them both if he found out where they were. As tears stream down her cheeks, Jhanak is consoled by Anirudh’s assurance to protect and reunite with her.
Amidst these discussions, the priest instructs Jhanak to recite the mantras aloud so everyone can hear the enchantment. Overwhelmed by emotion, Jhanak struggles to contain herself. Anirudh is being urged to reveal his face, as well as recite a specific mantra, so that he can be recognized as Jhanak’s husband. While officiating the ceremony, the priest requests this of him. As they watch, Shrishti suddenly notices a familiar bracelet on the hand of the mysterious man. She is taken aback at the sight and quickly remembers that it belongs to Anirudh. Without hesitation, Shrishti implores Arshi to video call Anirudh immediately, in order to confirm whether or not there is any connection between him and the man posing as Jhanak’s husband.
Anirudh playfully checks with Arshi if the ceremony is over. She then has a video call with him to confirm. After the wedding, everyone gathers for lunch. Shrishti presents Jhanak with an expensive golden necklace while Arushi questions why she didn’t wear the promised saree. Jhanak remains silent and Anjana reminds everyone that it is not easy to discard the wedding saree. Shrishti asks Anirudh’s parents to keep an eye on Jhanak and they decide to move up the date of his and Arshi’s marriage. Later, Dadi gifts Jhanak with some gold jewelry and a saree. Tanuja cautions Jhanak against prolonging the drama and urges her to accept the gifts. The rest of the family also brings presents for Jhanak.
